Arrived next day after placing the order. Really happy, looks good and easy to assemble. Very pleased with the product.

Bought for my home office to display books & DVDs. Took me around 20 mins to build - it's very simple to do - the shelves are sturdy and perfect if you like industrial style look. *Update - I bought a second one, again am happy with the speed of delivery and quality of the merchandise.

Eady to assemble, very sturdy and looks great in our living room. We were worried about all the wires being seen, but I've taped them along the back metal parts and they're quite hidden. A good purchase.

My shelf arrived with the crossbar supports for the rear of the unit missing. I was offered either a 30% refund (for a partial/defective product) or a collection between 0800 - 1800 for a replacement. I work long hours and can't be at home all day waiting for a box to be collected (plus I had already assembled the unit and would have to wrangle it back in to the packaging). So I just accepted the partial refund. Really should have been a full one as they didn't even have my missing components spare. You'd think there would be some given that they were missing from my box!!
