Fried rice flavouring
This is an amazing flavour enhancing product for fried rice, it is the bestest flavour I’ve ever had I’d even go as far as to say I’d rather make my own than buying it from the Chinese takeaway. It’s def going to be a store cupboard staple in my house from now on. I highly recommend this product, ( ive even purchased for my parents it’s that good)

Flavoursome
I was looking for something to flavour plain, boiled, fried rice besides soy sauce, and this certainly did the trick. I wouldn't say it gives it that Chinese fried-rice taste, but my rice tasted delicious, and now I use this (and only this) whenever I make it. A family member tried it and loved it too. This is a bargain as the container is large, you don't need to use much each time and so it will last ages.

This and MSG are what's missing from your home-made egg fried rice
I've just written this after eating the best batch of homemade egg fried rice I've ever done. For years I've been trying to make egg fried rice at home as I absolutely love it and this flavouring is what I have been missing! Combined with MSG and peanut oil and a tiny bit of sesemee oil, small amount of very finely chopped garlic and challots and some soy sauce and this is now very tasty egg fried rice. I used instant pot to cook my rice with 50% rice, 50% water, cook high pressure for 3 mins then natural release for 10 mins (having washed the rice thoroughly) and then let it cool for 3 hours before cooking the fired rice with it. This makes absolutely fantastic egg fried rice and I had to share it with you. Experiment with the amount to use but I used my gut and it came out great.

Love Badia products and this one is one of my favorites. You can use on so many things not just rice. Great flavour and quality.
