- SYMPTOMS OF FAULT: The symptoms of this fault are very obvious; the gear stick moves freely up and down but won't select a gear, there are issues with gear selection or inability to select any gear at all. The gear linkage cable can also be completely detached from the gearbox. THE FAULT: The nylon bush on the end of the selector cable wears over time and simply pops off.
- THE SOLUTION: Our uniquely designed item securely clamps the selector cable bush to the gear box, restoring the function of the gear box within minutes. Our item features a dual clamp design so there is no possibility of the joint working loose ever again.
