these bars are so good i might need to order 5 more just to stack up. theyre not cakey or “powdery” like some protein bars, i feel like i get the maximum energy with these, the ingredients are not overly processed and mixed with everything, and theyre very sturdy they arent the type to just break apart once opening. a perfect snack if you ask me

I hate the taste of protein bars but these are very good. I didn’t get that protein taste. I like that they are solid and not crumbly. My only negative comment is they are too sweet. If they cut the sugar by 25% they’d be perfect. Love that they contain 10g of protein.

I can't have gluten, dairy, etc...really I feel like I can't eat anything anymore.. especially something that tastes good.. I found these bars and love them...gives me that sweet treat and protein which I know I don't get enough of due to the lack of what I can eat. They are chewy and I enjoy them for a quick snack at work or running errands.

I've reordered these many times because I really like these bars, but they're not perfect. I like them because they satisfy my sweet tooth for relatively few calories and provide some protein. All three of those things are important considerations for me since I had weight loss surgery. On the down side, they're pretty gritty. That's partly due to the "crisps" and partly due to the protein powder I'm sure, so it's to be expected. The other issue is that the taste and texture vary considerably from batch to batch. I suspect this is a good thing because it reflects the fact that these aren't rolling off an industrial production line, stuffed full of additives and preservatives, but it means that sometimes it's different (and worse than usual). This particular order is darker in color and leaves an aftertaste that I really don't like. However, the chocolate chips and the slight chewiness are yummy. I'll definitely be ordering again, but I'm hoping that the taste change isn't due to a reformulation. If it is, I'll have to find a new treat.

I have used Orgain protein powder for many years. I buy because it is everything I am looking for (high protein, low sugar, clean, non dairy,kosher) even though in my opinion all of the flavors I've tasted have an aftertaste.I was looking for a protein bar and decided to try my protein staple Orgain. They did not disappoint. They were just the right size and actually tasted good. Not chalky, not too sweet, but a rich chocolate. I definitely would buy again and can't wait to try the other flavors.

I actually like these! It’s hard to find gluten free and dairy free protein bars where I live and so I’m glad I can order them online. They definitely have the typical “chalky” protein taste but no where near as bad as some other brands!
