I needed a new desk for all the work from home going on and rolled the dice on this one. SUPER pleasantly surprised. It's spacious enough for my huge curved monitor (or two large monitors) and has plenty of storage above and below. No drawers, but I tend to hate those they just collect unnecessary junk. Nice and sturdy with no wobble or sagging. The metal support beams for the desk top makes me confident it'll stay that way too.Assembly was a breeze and took me well under a half hour (less than one beer if you count that way). Everything lined up like it should without any fiddling or frustration. No. Missing. Parts!The directions are simplistic but straight forward - just pay attention to details. The part numbers mostly go in order (screws are letters, parts are numbers) which is a nice touch. They'd benefit from an extra page to split up a few steps in the instructions - it's easier to partly complete some steps then lay the parts down on the floor - but that's me being an engineer by trade and nitpicking because I write user documentation in my job and I'm a perfectionist.

I bought this desk for my 24 year old daughter and it’s perfect for her needs.I never assembled anything this big before, but I decided to try and attempt it all by myself.I was pleasantly surprised on how easy it was to assemble. It took me three hours, but again, I was all by myself.With help, I’d say you could assemble it in half the time or less.For the money, I’d say it’s definitely worth it!We’re both very happy with our purchase.

Update 09/14/2020: the company reached out to me and apologized for the manufacturing mistake and offered a refund. I appreciate them reaching out to me and trying to fix the problem.I bought this for a home office for more storage and I am disappointed and frustrated with this desk.1. Came covered in fiber glass residue that irritated my skin, why was it covered in fiber glass?2. Who drilled the holes for the frame!? 3 major holes in the frame were drilled in the wrong spots. I could not attach one of the shelves. My father had to drill a hole through the right frame leg in order to attach the horizontal bar to attach the desk top. Due to holes being in the wrong spots, the desk is not as sturdy as it should be.

Purchased this for my son. Has been using it for a month. Works well but definitely can be better.Pros:. Smelless. I was surprised as this desk uses particle boards.. Seems to be sturdy. Maybe it's still too early to say. Will update if problems appear.. Well written manual. My 10 yr old son was able to figure out how to assemble it (arrange the boards and install the bolts).Cons:. Not easy to assemble. The sizes of the holes kind of small for the included bolts, so I had push hard when installing many of them, and I was worrying if that would damage the board - it didn't happen, which was good.. Poor quality of the included drivers. They screwed up because of the tight fit of the bolts. Lucky to have my own tools.. There's no space between the backboard and the desktop. To pull wires from below to desktop, e.g., power cord for laptop, you will have to pull it up either from side and run it all the way to the laptop, or over the back board and down to the laptop. Not a good way to manage the cable.

I read the reviews mentioning fiberglass but did not head their warning and I should have- you open the box and shards of fiberglass fly into the air and you almost breathe them in- its awful. we tried to wipe it off- nope it is completely covered on every piece and gets everywhere. It is super dangerous and really unsafe that amazon has received multiple reports of fiberglass coating the product they continue to sell. Someone could really get hurt, especially if you have an underlying respiratory condition.

I chose this desk over the equivalent ones on Amazon because it has a traditional wood grain look rather than the splotchy barn wood look. The assembly instructions were clear, no missing parts or mis-drilled holes. The one disappointment is a chipped off piece of wood grain edging on a front corner; the chipped segment was not in the packaging material. Be careful not to over-tighten the metal frames against the wood pieces because the ends can start to crack. The hutch can be easily removed when it's time to move.Design-wise, it's not practical to have the hutch's lower back board sitting on the desk edge because it blocks the cables exit. I moved the board up by four inches by fastening the bottom holes to the upper holes in the metal frame. The silver screws detract from the look of the desk and should have been black. By not attaching the narrow shelf under the desk I have enough space for a small wheeled cart (IRIS USA Model 596003)

The final product looks great and it fits into our small space in the common room like a T. Overall, it took me about an hour to build this desk by myself at a leisurely pace. My tip would be to either get a second person to help you, or you have to turn the components sideway for a couple step (see my uploaded pics). All the components were carefully packaged with foam pads and all the screws were clearly labeled. The one page instructions were easy enough to follow through. I would recommend this as a work desk for small space and young kids.

Aside from shipping box coming a bit banged up, the desk came in great shape, and came really fast! Only had 1 hiccup where a screw would not go in all the way but that’s the only problem we had. And it was only on a shelf divider for the top shelves so I wasn’t that worried about it. We didn’t assemble the piece that goes on the back that looks like a lip on the desk because we had a monitor clamp that needed to go there and the desk is still really sturdy so I’m also happy about that. Was easy to assemble by myself (well, my 12 yo did help some) haha. Bought for his birthday and he’s super happy with it and so am I! (For reference the monitors are two 21”)

I ordered this on the evening of the 9th and it arrived on the morning of the 11th. Well packaged and with clear instructions (and with all parts labelled) this desk took about half and hour to put together. It is very robust and and of a good height/width. I would thoroughly recommend this desk and this supplier.

I put this together on my own easily, the instructions could have been clearer to indicate back/fronts of pieces but I sussed it out - one error made but easily corrected. My daughter is happy, let’s her display things, store books etc. Does what it needs to! Happy with the price and quality.

Is sturdy and looks decent. Screws can be seen but I might get some stickers to cover them.

Perfect for my daughter to use as her homework desk. Very easy to assemble very sturdy and great quality. She loves it.
