Good product worth the money
So I started using this product as soon as I got it. I’ve used it for 15 minutes on my abs every day for 2 weeks along with exercise. You can use it whilst doing things however I use it just before my dinner while I’m watching tv.It’s very easy to use and I have noticed a difference. This is not a substitute for exercise, but does help your goals.The pads stick to you nicely and aren’t painful to get off. I like that there are different levels. I have been working my way up slowly.Would 100% recommend this product. It’s also quite good on your sore muscles after a hard work out.

Effective muscle therapy to reduce pain
The product is well packages and instructions are clear. Not able to comment on muscle toning but it definitely helps with stiff and aching muscles. It's a good quality product and worth the price. The conductive pads stick quite well onto the body and it comes with backup pads as well if the original ones lose stickiness. The battery seems adequate as they can support multiple 15-minute sessions between charges.

Affordable, easy to use and gives a good workout.
Had these a week and used them every day on a range of places. Easy to charge - a USB charger charges all 3 components at once. Also straightforward to attach and operate. After about 15 minutes use it feels like it has given those muscles a good workout.

Perfect for Gym Use
I wanted a more convenient EMS stimulator for gym sessions. The compex ones are too large and bulky, these are less visible which makes moving around the gym easier. For the price, this gadjet is able to do what other EMS stimulator does is impressive. I do feel like it is making my gym sessions a lot more impactful. Comes with spare snap electrodes as well.

It works as described
Item arrived quickly and works as described. I feel it is doing the job, although I need more time to see and comment about proper results.

Inadequate for purpose
I used the product for toning my stomach and found after regular use the adhesive pads deteriorated quickly, not holding in place for the duration of the timer.

Super Easy
Super easy to use, super convenient to work out the abs and shred some fat! Highly recommend for people who don't have much time to exercise.

Stopped working
Initially I thought it was great, however now it will not work after a month or so. It means I can’t return it but I’m left out of pocket with a product that I can’t use. It is charged and I connect it like usual however there is no electric pulsing though. Feeling pretty disappointed really
