Perfect for Mozzarella making!
First time making Mozzarella at home, and recipe had optional cheese salt listed. Was not able to find in my local grocery store so I obviously came here! Based on price and quantity I purchased this cheese salt and I am happy with the results! Easy to access the salt, container fits in with my regular spice cabinet jars and the size is perfect!

No additive, high purity salt in a small quantity!
I have been trying to find high purity, food grade salt without additives such as anti-caking agents, and iodine. However, most of the suppliers only have it in 50 lb. bags for food service/processing industries. I was really happy to find this cheesemaking salt in a household kitchen friendly package!
