After two days— filled with THOUSANDS of flies! A+!
On Sunday evening, I noticed a maggot infestation in my trash can just outside the door to my kitchen. I knew that soon enough, I would have about a gazillion new pets if I didn’t act quickly. I ordered a pack of these, which came right away Monday morning. Within an hour, there were several dozen flies inside. It’s now Wednesday morning and there is an inch of flies in there! I cannot imagine how many would be inside my house if I had not hung this up. As usual, Terro gets an A+!I put the second one on my kitchen windowsill, which I do not recommend. While flies might be attracted to the smell of rotten garbage, I was not keen to have it that close to my nose as I washed the dishes. I recommend these for outside use.

The Flies had no chance!
These outdoor fly traps are a total game-changer for anyone battling flies around patios or outdoor spaces. I was skeptical at first, but after just a day of use, I was genuinely impressed by how well they worked.Setup was easy — just add water to the bag and the dissolvable bait activates quickly. Within hours, flies were swarming into the trap, not around me. Best of all, the bait is non-toxic, which gave me peace of mind since I have pets and kids around. The included ties made it simple to hang from branches or hooks, and the smell (which attracts the flies) is mostly contained if placed downwind. These are very cost-effective compared to electric zappers or sprays, and they don’t require power or chemicals. I’ve used both traps already and plan to order more for the summer season. Highly recommend for BBQs, picnics, and anyone looking to reclaim their outdoor space without spending a fortune!

Happy Wife!!
My wife was sick and tired of swatting flies that had gained entry through our back porch/door. 3 days ago i baited 1 of these traps and set it just off our back porch to draw the flies away from the door. Today i looked and there is a solid inch of dead flies floating in the container, and very few are left to irritate my wife in the house. Win-win!

Dogs LOVE THE GROSS SMELL
These work great, we probably caught about 300 flies in just a couple days. HOWEVER, they smell HORRIFIC. My husband had to move them twice because we could smell them and it smelled like a dead body. My dog was going nuts over it, and eventually ATE ONE WITH ALL THE STUFF AND DEAD FLIES INSIDE. So, learn from me and tie it where your dog can't reach. Barf.

SHOCKINGLY EFFECTIVE - I will never not have these again during summer 🪰
The media could not be loaded. It is INSANE 🤯 how well these work. I bought them after noticing an increase in flies when my hydrangeas naturally started finishing their bloom cycle. ONE DAY with them made huge difference. I followed both setup instructions — one trap at ground level, one hanging — and both filled up completely in just a few days. I immediately ordered another pack to hang on a shepards hook in the back of my backyard. However - they are so effective that by the time my second two pack arrived, my original jars were already completely full. I will be ordering a third pack. The smell is noticeable, but only when you're nearby or there's a breeze — it doesn't make your whole yard stink. The surprise? MAGGOTS, They develop inside the jar from the trapped flies, and while the jar is designed to keep them in, some of the really tiny ones can crawl back out through the tapered entry holes if the trap is very full. It's not a dealbreaker, but definitely something to be aware of. The fact that they are breeding as they die is DISGUSTING lol.Disposal is not pleasant (not the jars fault) — mine were full way before trash day. I didn’t want them sitting in my can, so I used duct tape to seal the lid and the holes (photo included). I also considered placing the sealed jar in a box with a Taro Trash Can Insect Killer disk to help eliminate anything still moving — since those are effective on flies and maggots inside enclosed spaces. One small tip: the orange sticker peels off if you want the jar to look a little less gross while it’s hanging. I didn't learn that until my second set 🤷🏼♀️

It works but… BEWARE
This product works. It works quickly and attracts flies BUT it attracts ALL THE FLIES! I would not recommend this product to residential, or homeowners with small yards or near any seating areas/doors. This thing attracted way more flies than what was on my property. I almost feel like the flies quickly laid eggs and they hatched. There were soooo many that I had to take it down immediately. It also smells once the flies starts getting trapped in there. I had it up for 3 days and already had to throw it out due to the amount of flies it caught. So if you are only getting 2 for $25 and they last a few days then you’ll be spending a lot of money.I won’t be buying this again. I’ll look for another fly trapper.Overall, it works BUT it doesn’t last long and it either attracts every single fly in the neighborhood or it causes flies to lay larva and hatch producing more flies.

Stinky and Amazing
Be warned that they are very stinky though that is the point I think. So many flies in less than a week, there is no more stinky juice left. The amount of flies in my area has diminished significantly. I can enjoy my backyard again thank you so much, I will buy again and again and again. Amazing product.

Ok
It worked good at first but after a few days the jar fills up and I feel like it attracts more flies because now the area I was trying to get rid of flies in has twice as much.
