Works well, inexpensive. Looks very nice. I hope it'll last. Only half a year product support is pretty bad though. Also, my plumber told me to ask you about a replacement cartridge. How could I get it?

Overall and really good quality product. Shower pressure is great and I love that you can adjust it. Install is difficult if you don’t know what you are doing, since instructions are not provided. There were some pieces that I was not sure what their purpose was and you have to be careful to not scratch the paint when installing.

The directions were lacking, they could be a bit better.. Otherwise it's a nice faucet set, the valve seems to be pretty high quality brass & everything functions as it should. Would be nice if the sprayer had a lower holster built in or included but, was able to find a matching one pretty cheap.

The only thing I don’t like about this is the head is plastic and the handle doesn’t have screws like others do to tighten it, my bathroom guy had to grout around it so it stayed. Otherwise pressure is good but there’s only 1/2 inch between warm and scalding when you move the handle but that could also be my water heater though.

Really happy with this shower head set - mostly very well-made, though some parts that should be metal aren't (ex: head threads). FYI, though... "instructions" not good enough for newbie DIYer

This is a beautiful fixture. The only downfall is the threading on the shower is poor and very hard to adjust to keep from leaking, which we were aware of from other reviews. After using plumbers table and still having drips , we used pipe dope which took care of the problem. The plumber indicated it is improper machining of the threads but if you know to use the pipe dope it will take care of the issue. Otherwise, we are very pleased.

The handle of the second shower head does not fit securely in it's holder. If you tilt it to adjust the angle it falls out. The mount is circular in shape whereas the handle nut isn't. I would return this however my husband installed the valve system already. 😕 definitely not something I recommend buying unless you like shower handles falling on you.

I have installed this fixture in about 7 bathroom renovations without any issues. I've never had any issues with the product and have never had to contact the company for parts as it is already a solid product

Work great.cheap tefflon tape that come with it. buy yourself some good oneshow head wasn't sealing right in the begining not hreading far enoug if i remember correctly. add a ticker oring

Leaked from the start. Despite buying multiple things from the hardware store to fix it, the leak continued.

Leaks. Poorly made. Required a complete replacement. Threads do not work with sharkbites.

I ignored the reviews that said this leaked, but that was a mistake. This faucet leaks, we’ve spent days trying to fix it and it’s impossible. The valve also doesn’t work with pex pipes so if you have pex you’ll have to buy adapters for the valve. Now we have fully installed the shower set and it leaks so we are stuck turning off the water to the bathroom. Very disappointed, DO NOT BUY. Spend the money and buy a quality shower faucet.
