Very pretty and sturdy
This exceeded my expectations as it was lower cost compared to other benches the same size. Not difficult to build and looks good.

Perfection
So easy to assemble, looks great, great quality. I would definitely buy this again I'm so happy with it. Thank goodness I can finally sit when I take my shoes off!

Great little shoe shelf
I really like it. Sturdy. Took me an hour to put together. The finish is a little too shiny but for the price and I’ve already set it up, I’ll live with it. The drawer part was a bit of a pain to put together because of rails which is extra 4 steps! Also back panel need to be screwed in…24 screws! Would need a drill which I didn’t have handy…no starter holes either, so used a push-pin to start the screw. A bit of a pain but was ok…I only used 1/2 the screws. All in all a very good purchase for my entryway

Great space saver
We got this to store items for our bunnies and guinea pigs (fits perfectly under the table we have the pigs cage on). More than enough space and love how it looks

Sturdy and good for small spaces!
I opted not to put in the vertical slats so there was more room horizontally. That way, I could put the shoe tray in there for any wet shoes. The drawer looks small but holds more than it seems like it would; you can see how much stuff fits in there in the picture. The big space beneath the drawer isn't actually all that big, but it does fit my ankle rainboots.I thought at first that the bench may be a bit low but it's at a good height. The squishy pad is fine. Not uncomfortable, just average. The only annoyance I had was that during assembly, there's one part that you're supposed to put in backwards. That wasn't very clear to me in the instructions, so it was annoying to have to redo that part once I figured it out (there was like a weird circle icon, like toggling settings on and off on your phone). All the parts are nicely labeled and stuff though. Some reviews mention using a drill, but I was able to do the whole thing with a screwdriver.

You will not get what you see in the picture UNLESS YOU FOLLOW THE DRAWER DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY
[UPDATE!!! = IT'S THE INSTRUCTION PAGE REFERRING TO MOUNTING THE RAIL TO THE DRAWER - All the pictures show the drawer face up til the last second, then they tell you to Mount the slide rails to the edge of the drawer - Mount them to the BOTTOM EDGE OF THE DRAWER - nOt the top edge like the picture has you to believe... If you look closely you'll see the top face of the drawer has a half moon where you grab to open the drawer - Looking closely at the directions you'll notice the drawer is flipped upside down in the last picture (as you do not see the half moon of the face when they're showing the drawer rails being mounted)... If you Mount them to the bottom they'll allow the drawer to sit flush to the top and close flush too - like it shows in the ad]The drawer only opens halfway - sucks for a drawer that's only 10 inches deep, giving you less than 5 inches. I ordered full extension soft close drawer slides to remedy this problem. More work, but the material is sturdy and these will hold up a long time, so I figured it would be worth it.I'm leaving my original review with frustrations. Because dealing with the company was very difficult, even though many others have had the same issue and the company didn't have a clue how to fix it, still gave a run around, and only helped me out after I submitted to return all three units.[Original post below]I bought 3 of these - 2 of them purchased a week apart from the first one - all have the exact same defect. The picture shows a drawer tucked perfectly into the top right corner, flush, with room for boots below. The predrilled holes force you to place the drawer low with a 4" gap over the top. No room for boots. Worse, the drawer rails come "factory bent" (they claim) and the company communication is [WAS] horrible. They repeat themselves over and over asking for more pictures saying they 'can't see any problems' and "that's the way it comes from the factory" and talked with me as if I didn't know what I was doing. (I built cabinets and drawers from scratch for years - the drawer slides are junk [UPDATE!!! If you Mount them to the bottom they'll allow the drawer to sit flush to the top and close flush too - like it shows in the ad][Continued update]They refuse to send proper drawer slides that aren't bent. The ones they send will force you to measure an entirely new spot on the already assembled shelving unit... Because you have to mount the side rail guides in before you build the unit and won't see this until after fully assembled = the drawer will sit dropped back at a horrible angle, not flush. They are hoping you will not have the energy or desire to take apart the unit and send it back, as it takes hours to assemble.Messaging with them is a waste of time. I truly believe they keep giving you the run around until your time to return has past. They've been absolutely zero help. I sent numerous photos and was requested to explain and send more, over and over, as they said they see no problem... I was even forced to draw on the pictures to clearly show the issues and yet they requested more pictures.Others have posted pictures and complaints on this exact same problem. The customers also stated they didn't have the energy to disassemble and were forced to go get their own drawer hardware too $$ out of pocket, take apart the entire shelving unit, measure for the drawer to sit at the correct height, drill and Mount the hardware, then reassemble the entire shelving unit all over, from the beginning.Keep in mind, even if they send the correct drawer slides after dealing with this, I'll have to take apart the entire unit and measure the correct height to mount the receiving rail guides on the shelving unit vertical walls. This due to the predrilled holes being far too low. [I'm doing this anyway now to install full extension drawer slides]I'm done going in circles with them on messages. If they send straight drawer slides I'll adjust the review accordingly.
