beautiful and works well with kduo keeps coffee hot
love this coffee pot and the coffee maker. They work well and keep the coffee HOT. The opening is wide enough to fit my hand in and makes it easy to clean the pot.

Great Coffee Pot
It is made of durable metal and hard plastic (ebonite). This is made for my Keurig Duo. It keeps coffee hot for about 2 hours. It seems to be well made and is leak proof.

Just like the one that came with my coffee maker!
I dropped the Keurig K-Duo Plus Thermal Carafe that I got with my coffee maker on my tile floor which caused the handle to break. I ordered this one wondering if it would be the same and if it would work with my coffee maker. My worries were not needed! The carafe is exactly like the one I had before! It is well made and was affordable. I highly recommend this product.

Great replacement for Ninja coffee!
The media could not be loaded. Had to replace the original glass pot twice due to kids breaking it, was so happy to find one that’s stainless steal! Works wonderfully, easy to use and clean, thick so I don’t worry about breaking if it falls, and good size. Coffee never tasted so good as this deal!

Leaks at the seam of the plastic top and stainless steel bottom under the handle
This was a full-priced genuine replacement item that should have been perfect, and yet it leaks. I didn't have time to address it in the first month, so as to be able to return it, but I called Keurig after that to see if they would warrantee it, but rather than answer my very reasonable question directly, they insisted that I needed to register my coffee maker then and there - a coffee maker that was NOT the subject of the phone call and was purchased several years prior! (I had called about my newly-purchased replacement carfe.) They then forced me to spend 45 minutes struggling to communicate with someone on the other side of the globe to set up an "account," get my personal information and get the serial number of my coffee maker, which was an old product and NOT the subject of the phone call, and after ALL of that, she finally told me that I their policy is NOT to give a warrantee replacement for something purchased off of Amazon but, rather, I would have to buy a new one. I was livid that she Keurig wasted such a large part of my afternoon without letting me know ahead of time how long it would take, and especially for something that they should have told me immediately! They had absolutely no need whatsoever to make me spend all of that time and they had no business asking me for all of that information if their end-game was to tell me that the item was not under warrantee. (She should have told me of their Amazon warrantee policy in the first two minutes!) She then told me that it was out of stock and she didn't know when it would be back in stock. My real issue, besides the fact that Keurig's customer service totally wasted a good part of my afternoon, is that this is NOT the first time that I've had trouble with something that I bought online being defective, where defects are rare when purchased at a local store, and then the customer service afterwards was so poor so as to be totally absurd. I don't know but it is starting to seem that these companies are using mail-order services to unload their products that are defective, rejects and seconds and they are using the poor customer service to make customers give up and accept their total junk rather than trying to get the matter remedied. All in all, I would recommend that NO ONE EVER buy ANYTHING like this via mail order again.P.S. The customer service agent for Keurig seemed like a very sweet young lady, so I do not fault her. The fact is that her responses were typical for online customer service, which indicates that she was only doing what she was told by her supervisors. For that reason, the problem is the company that is the company management, which is allowing poor quality control, selling defective items and then requiring their customer service agents to make getting a decent replacement extremely difficult. It seems to me that they might want to unload their defects and then make it so hard to get service that the customer just gives up and lets the company keep their money.

Wrong carafe
I had to return this carafe. It was my fault why I had to return it. I didn't read the specs good enough and this carafe was not for my Keurig duo. But for the Keurig duo plus I would highly recommend it!
