Works Great
I ordered this for my Ender Extender 300 kit, Others were saying sharp edges and holes to small that was not the case on the one i got, perfect fit and easy to install, I also ordered a new 310 x 310 x 3mm hotbed for it. Overall i am happy with it and 3 point leveling is the way to go.

Works very well.
Three point support of the bed is not only logical, but it works amazingly well. Three points define a plane. Not four. In less than two minutes, the whole bed was level within one one-thousandth of an inch. Amazing. The best I could do before was three thousandths in the central area and seven thousandths of the whole bed. On the other side, a few instructions and pictures would be nice, but I figured it out. Less than two hours installation, even with a few mistakes thrown in.

Fixed my Ender 3!
I've tried everything on my Ender 3 to get it leveled right. CR-Touch upgrade, Dual Z-axis screw upgrade, and solid bed mounts.Turns out, I just needed to replace my carriage plate. If you've been struggling getting your Ender-3 level try this first. (I'm not mad about the other upgrades. However, this finally fixed the issue I've been chasing. I probably wouldn't have done the others if I would have stared here.)

Good, but...
Ender 3 Pro - SKR v1.4TurboOverall, this Y carriage worked out pretty great. I'm enjoying having less to do in order to level the bed. However, what I didn't like is that there are no included direction of any kind.I understand 3D printing is a DYI sport of sorts but even a small card with a couple pointers would be great. So I will share what I learned...The orientation is not overly important, you will either have 2 wheels on the right and 1 on the left, or you will have 2 on the left and 1 on the right. If you are using Klipper and the SCREWS_TILT_CALCULATE command, I recommend setting the location of screw1 as the single point side of the bed. Then 2 and 3 as the side with the 2 wheels. This will make the single wheel side as the constant and you will have more control over leveling on the side with 2 wheels. Also, be sure to check your Y endstop switch after changing the carriage.I had to loosen the screws on mine, move the endstop switch forward about 15mm, then adjust the Y-axis MAX in the firmware.Other than that, everything is great.Just a little extra effort could have made this an easy 5 star review. That wouldn't stop me from buying another if I needed though.

This works very well for a large bed
Build a custom 3d printer frame and needed a large bed carriage. This works perfectly. I had t print a mount so I could inlay it with linear rails but its working very well for my needs.

Luck of the draw
There is obviously some QC issue with this product as others have stated. The point of purchasing this product is to make bed leveling easier by utilizing 3 points instead of 4. However, if the bar itself isn't flat... then bed leveling will just give you a headache.Reached out to the seller regarding the bent bar and they basically just said to return it and buy a new one. Fair enough. My buddy also purchased one and his was also bent. So after hearing that, I ended up buying the Gulf Coast Y carriage plate instead. Sure it doesn't have prime and won't get to you fast, but at least it's from a reputable company.Skip this product and purchase one from Gulf Coast instead.
