2014-2022 Polaris RZR XP 1000, XP1000 and RZR Turbo Lower Door Insert Panels

Easy to mount, they don't line up with the opening perfectly, some gaps showing but some thicker door molding would fix it, better than nothing and for the price they are fine. Keeps the rain and mud from flying in on you which is what I wanted.

The doors aluminum piece looks sleek on it. Just a few FYI for Polaris owners, we have the 1000S and we ordered it for it, turns out the back triangle piece that’s fits is their 900 model triangle. You will have to call but they mailed ours in 2 days! Fantastic customer service!Also if you have any bags on the inside of the doors you will have to drill holes through the aluminum to re attach the bags into the stock screw holes. Also had to purchase longer screws to attach the bags, found at Home Depot.Lastly, we had to move the door back further to ensure the aluminum didn’t rub on the plastic body. But a minor tweak that anyone can do!All in all I am happy with the way it looks and cut a out on the dirt and mud!

The panels look nice, was really easy to install, although I have door pouches. I took about an hour to install both panels. On the first door I completely removed it from my 2019 XP1000. I made the job harder than it was. The second door was a breeze I left it on the RZR.The fit is pretty good. I had to tweek the front bottom of the panel to make it fit better to the door frame. I used the round rubber disc to keep the panel for rattling and makes it a little more snug in the door frame.I am happy with the inserts and they cost less than a full door.

I installed these on my 2015 RZR 1000 XP.To start, I am NOT mechanical at all. But these inserts were EASY to install. I just got done doing it. You will need a Torx 30 and Torx 40 bit to remove the factory bolts and reattach them (and 2 15mm sockets (or wrenches) for the factory roll cage bolts for the small triangle pieces). The fit for me is perfect: nice and tight. The rubber that goes along the edge of the panels makes it even tighter and protects my paint. I love that they are aluminum and not some cheap plastic.The directions are colored and easy to follow. The only question I had was with the 2 triangle panels and how they mount. After about 2 mins of looking, that was easy to figure out as well. And to top it off, I didn't even think this kit filled the gap where the triangle goes, so I am even MORE happy.

Install was very easy. If you bought a used machine I highly recommend checking to see if the previous owner stripped the factory torx bolts before ordering though. You have to reuse two of the factory bolts for the lower doors and I quickly found that to be impossible as you can see in the 3rd picture. Aside from that it seems to fit well and looks good even without decals. Very curious to see how much it rattles. If you’re looking for a cheaper option for lower doors then this seems to be the way to go.

Reluctantly I ordered these after trying 3 other lower panels, two were the $400.00 Polaris molded plastic panels and one was basically the same $200.00 amazon copies both fit and looked like crap. I just received these UTVGiant Lower Door Insert Panels and to my surprise they actually fit quit well and look good too. My only dislike with these however is the panels in two spots are lightly rubbing against the plastic so I will have to run the edges across my belt sander, not a big deal and I am not a fan of the rubber molding. That is why I am only giving 4 stars. Overall not bad for the price.

Fit my 2020 Polaris RZR 1000s EPS very well! Relatively easy to install, but there were no instructions. This could be confusing to some I'm sure. I had to look at the pictures and the Amazon product page to get a clear idea of how to mount them.After that, they block mud and water from coming in the doors, and they dont rattle. Nice fit, nice product.

These panels seem well made, However, the holes on mine had to be slotted for best fit around the lower body contour to edge of door. Best way is start the front screw and slowly close the door so it nests to the body. Then Mark to slot holiday they don’t line up.

Not inexpensive but they fit pretty good and are an absolute necessity to keep mud, water and dust out. Once installed, take a soft hammer to top all along where it meets the door roll cage bar and then drill and install tec screws all along edge to get it to fully seal.

The inserts work well to keep you drier and cleaner them otherwise not having.

Good bang for the buck. Easy to instal.

Easy to install and solid construction; however, some self adhesive door edging would be ideal to protect door edges where it makes contact with the utv paint
