These were recommended to me for pain and swelling. Now do know, it will not be same day results but you will start to notice a diffence maybe within a week. There is no "afterburp" taste (if you don;t like tumeric tea) These are natural veggie capsules, easy to swallow, and if you are tired of constantly reaching for NSAIDS this is a worthy try if you stay with it.

I bought this to try, Because nothing else works, been to food Doctor, taping didn't help, insoles don't work, even had Steroid shot that only last 6 to 8 weeks and the pain came back.. after being on it for 3 weeks I started noticing a change.. Not as much pain... I am a person that lives with pain.. Lupus/joints etc.. Nothing I have tried works as good as this product.. So far this is the only brand I have tried.. You take 3 every day.. I take with breakfast.. I noticed it working one day at work when I was only my feet 7 hours straight.. No foot pain at all, I could even walk when I got home.. some thing new for me! Normally I come home and set in a chair and don't get up again..Just a FYI .. Turmeric and Ginger both are a natural blood thinner.. So if you are on Blood thinners you might want to skip because you will be getting double dosed on your blood thinners.. Goggle natural blood thinners you might be already getting a double dose because of dark chocolate, and onions, etc .Do your homework.. Remember this what works for one person may or may not work for another.. We are all different for a reason.. This product works for me.. I am so happy that I got some relief from my heel pain and knee pain... I have arthritis in certain parts of my body due to many years of running Triathlons. I’m pushing 50 now and have tried to keep up the momentum but I have pain when I train, mostly in my hips, shoulders and feet. I purchased this at the end of Jan’21 and started using it soon after. I started to feel better and noticed the pain had subsided so I stopped taking it in early April. Within a couple of weeks my pain was so bad again. I didn’t notice how much this helped me until I stopped taking it. So in late April I started again and now in mid May almost all the pain has subsided again. When I started taking it I would take 1 pill in the morning, 1 in the afternoon and 1 at bedtime. I eventually get to 1 in the morning and 1 at bed time and that seems to work for me. I can’t believe how much this helps me. If you try this just be sure to take enough to get the benefit from it. If you just take 1 a day it probably will not help much. Also, give it time, it is not a magic bullet and doesn’t work over night, it takes time. Hope it helps you as much as it helped me. : )

Really like these. Take them after a workout and I never have any aches or pains the next day like I used to. What I like best about this brand is that the capsules are really well sealed. I've tried a few others where I have yellow fingers after handling the capsules so these are now my go to.
