This system works exactly how it says it would. Easy install, easy software to use to when scanning the new fobs.I installed is system for my gym I own to which is now 24hrs. For the price compared to other brand it can’t be beat. It allows you to pick and choose who has access when they have access and etc.I am beyond impressed with the system for the price if it. For anyone looking for a good system for a good price for any keyless entry. This is the product you want.

We have purchased 3 Access Control Systems with Latch Locks. The first was installed in 2020, the second in 2023 and the third in 2025. We purchased the additional systems because the first system was (1) reliable, (2) flexible and (3) an excellent value. Most importantly, however, was the prompt, outstanding CUSTOMER SUPPORT. The Company lives up to its motto of "Support you forever".Be forewarned: there is a learning curve with configuring, installing and programming the system. It will take time to learn. However, the video tutorials and prompt customer support, make the job manageable and the final result is well worth the effort... obviously, since we bought 3 systems, and will again in the future.

The support team has been outstanding, especially when we needed help with a specific project charge related to our setup. Purchased this set for the first time back in 2021. Running flawlessly for our setup. Super easy install and support was with me every step of the way. Super responsive even though I’m sure there is a time difference. Just last week needed to contact them about a random problem I was having on the PC itself and they jumped right on it and got me all straighten out. Rare find to have people supporting their product so long after purchase. Always my first choice when the need arises.

This company is great. I email him a little problem. They get right back to me. Their product is absolutely phenomenal. It’s working great. I’ve been in the business for over 50 years. This is one of the best systems that I’ve ever worked on. I wholeheartedly recommend these guys system. They’re a little far away, but they still get you Not a problem piece of cake. They are fantastic and with their Tech Support too they have my five stars with no problem they should get six JOHN.

I sent an email for assistance and the response was immediate and solved my issue every time. Chen Wood is awesome. However, it would be great if I was able to configure the device through the browser remotely and not just the software.

We own a number of buildings that had an older system that wasn’t functioning. We tried this product and it was incredibly easy to marry this into our systems. The product is easy to install and the software is simple and intuitive. The best thing was the customer service. Even though they were in China they adapted their schedule around mine to assist in allowing us to be able to use the software on different properties from a remote location. They didn’t stop helping until we were completely happy. Highly recommend this product.

First things first. The hardware works and is easy to install - I followed the link provided with the shipment, watched the videos. I did not read the instructions closely and had to email them about stuff i should have read, answers came back the following morning as they are based in China with video links or answer(s). I did not use their locks, I purchased Assa Abloy locks that allowed me to use the existing lock holes with minimal cutting (I purchased a Dremel tool - to cut the metal doors and a set of chisels - to chisel wood door frames). I bought their exit motions sensors and watched the video and install was a snap. I did also buy some 22/2 and 22/4 and 22/6 wire (500ft spools) rather than use CAT5 and that helped keep my head clear on the wiring. I did not like the included PIN pad and reader so I purchased the sleeker RFID EM-ID reader they sell. I ended up with a bunch of parts I may throw back on ebay. What would I do next time? I would buy the parts rather than a package but for most folk what they provide will be perfect. I did notice the HID cars and KeyFobs must have a lower security as the reader did not read the newer ones from our corporate office, but it may be my lack of knowledge. End result ..savings of about 4K for a 4-door system. The Android phone apk. worked but did popup on install and say it was for an older version of Android. One missing feature for me was only one master/super users account is available best i can tell. I did have to watch the software programming video several times and did not particularly care i had to put their company name in the registration. No idea what will happen if i did not register the software, it never told me or prompted either.
