Good consistency and spreadability.Goes very well mixing it w/pate'. Celery, onion, parsley & you've got quick sandwich spread..(s).It works well w/the deviled ham spread also.Hey, I know some who love mixing w/ grey poupon & spam.Then using it as a spread instead of mayo... salad dressing, ect.I shouldn't add this but I know a few who mix it with peanut butter then put it on bread of their choosing and toast or pan fry with butter of their choosing.The ideas are very expansive, I barely skimmed the top of your "fill in the blank"This chicken spread is also good in twinkies, rather than the usual weiners recipe.My fave is celery, green olives w/ pimento w/ grey poupon mixed on lightly grilled in olive oil french bread. ( serviced w/ some cheap champagne.)Have fun!

As a boy my grandmother introduced me to this product. I spread it on fairly thin ion my bread since it really does have strong a flavor. My wife on the other hand eats it right out of the can. If I had anything negative to say about is that it is rather salty.

I contacted Underwood about the double chicken I purchased.I got four cans of soup something happened. It didn't stink, but it was definitely not right. You could pour the product out of the can.I didn't detect any chicken in the can.Anyway, they are sending me a coupon to buy this product in the store.I was told to stay with from Amazon when I was buying this kind of stuff.I told him Thank you for standing behind the product.
