Rips and folds in wrong places
The colours are nice and bright but apparently gone are the days when you buy a party hat that’s already a hat. These are awful to assemble as thy rip and bend in silly places and make them look so crappy. Big fat waste of money

Arrives flat packed. You have to completely assemble it yourself, including tying on the strings took forever. It wasn't easy to fold them either.
