HIC Kitchen Square Souffle Ramekin Set, Fine White Porcelain, 5-Ounce, Set of 4

These are GREAT, and are very well made. I was new at the whole ramekin thing when I purchased these, so when I got them I was a little surprised at hot small they were, but that's my own fault for not knowing what I was doing. These are great though. They are about 1/2'' deep and maybe 2'' in diameter. Having the ears on these is sooooo nice as with them being so small it gives me something to grab without ruining what I'm making. Very high quality, and totally worth the price. I am really impressed with HIC products to this point though. We have LOTS of ramekins now, and all of them are HIC, and are all very high quality... :)

Okay, immediate disclaimer... I don't bake or cook. I bought these to hold small things on my desk -- paper clips, binder clips, etc. I was looking for something strong, attractive and easy to clean and these ramekins are perfect. An added bonus is that they are square and take up as much space as round ones. Second added bonus is that they stack easily so I can put them all together on the side when I need a clear desktop to work on something.

I know these are meant for food. But when I got and order of watercolor paint and seeing the caps popped open, I had no choice but to put the entire tube of watercolor paint into these little crocks of mine to dry so they would not be wasted.Oh My goodness what a great idea that was. I am a watercolor artist and these are perfect for a watercolor palette. The paints dried beautifully inside like good sized pan paints. They are stack able too so I save space.

You can fit almost nothing into them. The shape is absolutely cute, but have very little useful value. They are too small and thin to be used as a kitchen tool.

Just got these in the mail and they are perfect! They are the perfect size for an individual dessert. I bought them to make creme Brule and they appear to be just the right size. I was happily surprised that they are all marked with a sticker saying that they are oven broiler microwave and dishwasher safe! The sticker also says that they are 6 oz not the 4 like I had read.

The stuff is made in China. I'm going to start looking when I buy for where the product was made. Three of the six in the set were chipped and I'm afraid to use the others because of how poorly they were made. I want to return them. Other reviewers have never gotten refunds so not sure how to handle this. I would not recommend buying these.

It is nice for baking but the size is very small. My wife used a few time on baking but she end out of using these to put syrup for kids pancakes and waffles..etc. Although the heart shape is cute and unique, but because the pointy angle, it makes a little hard for cleaning.

I bought these to use with a Valentine charcuterie board. They were just what I was looking for. I have since used them for fresh berries and for mousse. They are a great thickness; and, they wash beautifully in the dishwasher.
