Deserves 5-star Rating!
Excellent product! I missed a dental cleaning and at my rescheduled appointment my dentist said my teeth looked great! Battery life is great when you keep it on the stand, and even when you don’t it still lasts at least two weeks. Stand is small and easy to take with you on trips. Replacement heads are inexpensive and cleanup after brushing is minimal if done properly. I find the three settings for vibration level more than enough and the setting for gum care is soothing and very effective. I use Sensodyne toothpaste for sensitive teeth and the combination leaves me with zero pain, even when alternating between hot and cold drinks! Love it!

Impressive Upgrade from Oral-B – So Far, So Good!
I've exclusively used Oral-B toothbrushes for years, and while they've done the job, one recurring issue has always bothered me: they tend to get funky over time. Whether it’s gunk buildup around the brush head or residue that’s tough to clean, I often found myself spending part of my early mornings scrubbing and trying to keep the thing hygienic. Not exactly how I want to start my day. This new toothbrush, however, has been a pleasant surprise. It stays noticeably cleaner than any Oral-B I’ve used. The design seems smarter—not just in how it brushes, but in how it avoids collecting grime in those annoying little crevices. The materials feel higher quality, and I don’t see the same buildup happening. It’s still early days, but so far this toothbrush is pretty awesome. It’s powerful, feels gentle yet effective, and the clean-up is basically non-existent compared to what I’m used to. I didn’t expect to be this impressed, but I honestly am. Hoping it holds up over time, but for now, I’m very satisfied with the switch.

Quality, size, functional, and value. Great toothbrush!
Great toothbrush, nice size, easy to maneuver around back teeth. Cleans in-between leaves teeth smooth. Very good quality purchased during Amazon days for a great price.

Work as expected
This is my 2nd time to buy a Philips toothbrush. It works much better than the oral B one. It is strong and feels better. But the problem is that it doesn't last as long as the oral B one. I have to buy a new one almost every year, just like 2 or 3 months after the warranty expires.

Noise level while operating
This electric toothbrush delivers excellent cleaning power and feels great in the hand. However, in an effort to create a thinner, more ergonomic handle, the manufacturer appears to have reduced the noise insulation. As a result, the brush operates louder than I expected. While the performance is impressive, the increased noise might be a drawback for those who prefer a quieter brushing experience.

Picked up on Sale, Please with power, color, and extra heads.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Picked this up on a amazon prime day sale. Prior Sonicare brush held up for 7 years, but buttons started to fail. Like the options for gum/white/clean on the new one and the power of the vibration. Also very preferential to the block body and charging base since things do tend to get a little dirty from water sitting on the base. Value for money:I have a hard time spending a bunch of money on a toothbrush so catching this one close to half off made it a no brainer. Happy. Also, its compatible with my current charging base I can hold onto for travel if necessary. Case and two extra heads is also a plus.

Best electric toothbrush I’ve ever used!
Awesome tooth brush! My teeth have never felt cleaner and my dentist has noticed that they look better than before! Just got some more replacement heads. The charge lasts for a very long time and it lets you know long in advance when you need to charge it. I can still get multiple tooth brushes in before it has completely died (it’s never completely died on me before and I’ve done at least three brushes after I was alerted to charge it). It is a little loud, but the noise didn’t factor into my decision to pick this. I’d definitely recommend this tooth brush!

A great option over a standard toothbrush
What started as having just one of these in our household has turned into the whole family using these Sonicare toothbrushes. Having considered all the various models this particular one proved perfect for our use case. We have 5 of these in our household. We do have the white and black models and either are based on preference but over time I tend to think that even though the black (this model) might show residue easier that also makes it easier to see and clean and it's possible the white could discolor over time. The travel case is a nice feature to have. Have not traveled with it as of yet to see how functional and how much room it may consume if trying to travel light but it's there. The is not enough room to also store the charger in the case but will hold the handle and the brush (separated from the handle) in the included durable travel case. It does come with two additional brushes which is nice. The charging base is a standard two prong plug. Be cautious as some models seem to have a USB charging base that would require an additional purchase of a charger to charge in a standard outlet. This model has three settings with lighting for each. The bottom of the two buttons easily move through each setting with each press. There is a low battery indicator as well.Brushing with this is amazing. It's much more effective than a standard toothbrush or any standard electric toothbrush used over time. Even the kids notice how much cleaner their teeth seem after a use. Brushing harder is not good on teeth as any dentist has told me over time so this brush helps regulate how you brush. You don't have to brush with the Sonicare. The Sonicare does the brushing. You can simply slowly guide the brush over your teeth and let the Sonicare do its job. If the brush is pressed too hard against the teeth the Sonicare vibrations will halt as a sign you are trying to brush too hard.Overall this device is highly recommended and it's even better if you watch for a good deal that does or had occurred periodically.
