I ordered the Dynasty Hardware Single Cylinder Deadbolt because I needed a cheap deadbolt to secure my door as my roommates would card my door if they needed to get in. Not anymore, thanks to this cheap little deadbolt, that was an absolute cakewalk to install, I can sleep easy knowing my room is secure when I'm home and away. Just be warned that this is a cheap deadbolt and you may want to consider other options if you are going to be using it to keep your home safe, as there are several deadbolts with better security features on the market.

Looks very nice and works great also. Schlage tumblers and keys fit perfect so I rekeyed it myself.

NOT for metal security screen entry doors.
Be aware that this product is NOT for metal security screen entry doors. I have to agree with other buyer about calling it piece of crap for another right reason. From very beginning it DOES NOT fit standard security entry doors lock opening because metal cap cover is to short and inner part of this lock is to big to fit. After installation this lock just sticks out and looks pretty ugly. I am surprised that no one mentioned this problem before and I wish I would do my research longer and getting something better from entry doors locks market.

lock was strong and the delivery was very fast. it seems to function very well and strong . I recommend this product and not pricey
