used, and not entirely unlocked
This was NOT advertised as used/refurbished/unboxed. This one was not only unboxed, but clearly one previously used as a corporate phone, managed by IT. This is my 3rd S10e- I know how to use it. I never had issues transferring data before. I cannot use Smart Switch to transfer my data, due to previously installed security settings, and cannot edit or disable the settings that prevent me from making it my own.

Phone did not come with accessories as the listing described and i have doubts that the phone is brand new....
