Wow! I was congested for a week and one use of this I could breathe again! If I ever get congested again I am going straight to my Niavage! I highly recommend! For the negative reviews… um just read the instructions thoroughly and you will be fine. Breathe thru your mouth, not your nose, when flushing. Took me a couple uses to get it straight and you will too!

Received package really quick! Have only used a few times since receiving and it seems to be a great product for clearing out sinuses. Not messy like the netty pot. Only concern is the cost of the salt packets - that’s the expensive part. Will need to see long term results and go from there. So far happy with purchase.

As a chronic sinus sufferer, I am obsessed with this machine. I had this sitting in my cart for the longest and I finally ordered it. It’s like a shower for your sinus and nose. So easy to assemble and dismantle to drain. It washes the ick out and you feel refreshed. I am extremely satisfied.

When I bought this I assumed it would be a bit of a novelty. I was pleasantly surprised. Much easier to use than a netty pot.The biggest problem with this is the salt pods. You have to use a fresh salt pod every time or it won’t work. So they hook you into buy their refills instead of being able to just by much cheaper saline packs. It’s also a considerable waste of plastic for them to make you buy more pods.

There is a learning curve. First time, saline right down the throat (yuck). I tried the suggestions with tongue on roof of mouth or saying ‘sung’. But by the third try, I was able to close soft palette naturally. I figure if I can swim underwater, then I can use navage cleaner. Device works well - effect similar to nasal decongestant spray, but without the risk of rebound congestion (never again). I’m liking the eucalyptus salt pods. Keep a tissue handy after - I get a little drip from my ears back through the nose. The plastic parts clicking into place feels a bit cheap - will see how device holds up after weeks of use. But I haven’t read about any issues

Works well but takes a few times getting used to water flushing through your sinus cavaties!

Not a drop of water ended up in the bottom tub because I had to spit it all up when it went down my throat- none made it around to the opposite nostril. Throat is sore from gagging and extra post nasal drip and nose is still congested. I feel awful and my shirt is soaked in water and snot.I really really wanted this to work as I’ve had to deal with awful head congestion my entire life. I followed all directions and suggestions in the instruction booklet a nothing. Rotated to nose piece and adjusted it a dozen ways in my nose. I tried holding my breath even and it built a bunch of pressure and then just leaked down my throat… like the water just couldn’t go out my other nostril even though it’s not 100% blocked. I know this product works for some people- but I’m just so upset it didn’t work for me and left me with an awful sore throat.The instructions end with a note “just keep trying- it’s worth it.” I just don’t want to torture myself anymore though. I wish there were more certain methods to make it work. It just left me in pain and sad.I wouldn’t recommend as you’re just gambling your money away not knowing whether it will work for you.

Bought it as a gift for a friend of mine. He is very satisfied, just what he wanted. His nose is breathing and he is happy. But as I got, new cartriges must be bought after the included ones are disposed.
