Wonderful belt for Work Sharp
This is a great belt to sharpen our knives with. They're much sharper using these than the red belts.

These fit my older Work Sharp just fine.
These fit and work perfectly on my older Work Sharp system. I like the finer grit for putting a fresh edge on an already sharp knife that has been used a little bit. It cleans it up very nicely.

great for sharpening
love the product. really polishes the blade. I hate when delivery person just leaves pkg. at door, takes a picture and emails that delivery was made. no door knock or doorbell rung. I could tell from the pcture it was mis-delivered as it was not my doormat. pkg. got re delivered. still no knock or doorbell notification of delivery.

That it works as described
Works great I hade a bunch of knives could only cut butter now their sharper than when they new. Well worth the money. Pretty easy to operate. Just make sure the knife is straight.

Worked ok on ceramic blades
Ceramic blades are tough to sharpen correctly due to chipping etc, especially if you let them dull over a long time before addressing the edge. While these did the job, they wore out/down quickly. They worked well at first but after the first 5-6 knives they took far longer each time and now dont really sharpen at all.

Final honing belt.
These last better than the off brandSharpens many blades before they have to be exchanged. I can shave with my knife after a few swipes on these belts.

After. so many whetstones, this one saved me time
The belts last for about 30 to 50 sharpening sessions. In each session, I use about four knives and I sharp both the sides for about four to five times. I use both the red belt and the high grit purple one in conjunction to ensure my edges gets smoother. While I feel that the output is not as as it is from a whetstone from 800 grit to 10,000 grit gradual sharpening and finally using a leather for the finish, but the knives get really sharp. I buy about two packs every year.
