The cane is very nice looking and sturdy. I like that it’s adjustable too.

Light weight and sturdy

I bought this cane for my elderly mother because I thought it was pretty. She has a silver cane, but I wanted her to have something a little stylish. :) She loves it. The height of the cane is easily adjustable, and you can change the base from left to right. She is left handed, so this was a good feature. The cane is sturdy and came in sooner than I expected.

I have occasional numbness in my right foot and this gives me more stability with balance while walking.

It is adjustable for height, and left or right handed use.

This is a very pretty cane, pink roses. For anyone using a cane, four legged is the only cane that is stable and safe. From personal experience, single leg canes are very unsafe, very unstable.

First, I received this cane very late. Then, I used it for less than three weeks and it is terrible quality! I have already lost three rubber tips at the end of the cane! Then the button to hold at the right height keeps sliding out of place! I have used other canes that lasted way longer! When I contacted the seller, they offered to refund the price I paid. I agreed to that. Then they said days later that they were going to send me a replacement cane. I told them at that point that I already said I would agree to a refund and I did not want a replacement!I then contacted Amazon’s customer service and chatted with an agent and told them the seller had already said they would give me a refund but now they were going back on their offer for the refund!Amazon looked over the messages and said they would issue a refund since the seller said they were going to. Today I checked my account for the refund and there still was not one!I contacted Amazon again. A different person told me that Amazon was not going to give me the refund! Now the seller is wanting me to go out of my way to print a label, which I can’t do as I don’t have a working printer. The seller also wants me to find a box to put the defective cane in and pack it up and send it back to them BEFORE they will give me a refund on a defective cane!Whatever happened to good customer service? I guess this seller and Amazon don’t want to honor what they tell their customers! Shame on them both! BUYER BEWARE!!
