Lovely quality handbag and perfect size for what I needed, something for everyday use that can hold all my essentials. Plenty of storage options, even the zipper compartments on the front are useable (was able to store my hand sanitiser and tissues for easy access when the bag is closed). I find the small pocket on the back great for quick access to my bus pass too (showing my age I know!) :-)Biggest plus for me was that the shoulder strap extends up to 48”/122cm which is great if you like a cross body bag and have a fuller figure, so many other bags I’ve tried have always been a little short/tight, especially with my winter coat on but this one is very comfortable.No noticeable smells as mentioned in other reviews, feels and looks like a good quality bag, ideal for all my needs, happy to recommend and would definitely buy again.

I bought this bag for my daughter for Christmas. It is a lovely bag and I am sure she will love it. Big enough for all sorts to fit in and special enough to use day and night. I got the brown one.

It looks and feels like real leather the gold tone hard wear against the black sheen bag is perfection. Plenty of room for your bits and pieces , tablet, phone, book, umbrella, makeup bag etc.I didn't plan on spending £30 on a bag but now that I have it, I am extremely happy with my purchase and would say that it is worth it. It has a very expensive look about it.This bag looks designer without a label and is suitable for most occasions. It has an adjustable strap so that you're able to wear the bag how you want. I would highly recommend!!! You will not be disappointed. I can't comment on durability as I have just received it but I will update my review if It falls apartMy bag arrived ready to use there wasn't any fish smells..

I ordered the 1st one of these bags 2yrs ago initially great material loads of pockets inside and out then inner lining started to come away from the seams zip was constantly.sticking my husband bought me same one Jan 2024 same thing has happened stitching coming away from the seams the zip has broken right off in my hand I complained the 1st time and they reluctantly gave me a refund I've contacted them few weeks ago sent them photos of where the stitching wad coming away from the seams they would not facilitate me with regards to a refund or exchange for another bag I wouldn't mind but its not as though I overfill my bag I'm registered disabled rarely get to use the bag only for hospital appts I definitely would not recommend this bag after service is so unaccommodating not even taking time to understand it's their manufacturers problem not the customers
