These where a great purchase. Beautiful and sturdy. Very comfortable and classy looking. A great addition to our deck. Assembly can be quite frustrating. Color of cushions is not quite what I would call a burgundy. Has somewhat of a burnt orange/red tone but still quite beautiful. We have gotten compliments on the color. Could not be more pleased with these. Also the color of the metal is a brown tone. I thought they appeared black in the photo but they are deffinetly brown.UPDATE! After using these for about 2 months we have a MAJOR issue. I would say they should have a WEIGHT LIMIT of about 200 lbs. My hubby has some bigger guy friends and the chairs have easily bent. Also, the cushions are not very thick. The chairs bending is a major issue. Expensive purchase for chairs that are now leaning fwd or to the side!

I purchased 10 more chairs and are having many issues. Metal is very weak and bends to the front and side. Lock washers and lock nuts not keeping bolts tight. We need to retighten them constantly. I would like to send pictures. 1 cushion has a hole where the stitching was in the middle.They were not the easiest to put together but with much perseverance we got all 10 put together. 1 chair is a little is a little crooked but I can live with it. My only problem is 1 of the cushions is already coming apart. Hope we can get a new one. I want to revise my recent review from 4 star to a 1 star. They replaced the cushion as soon as I contacted them with the situation. It is still a little difficult to put together. I then ordered 10 more chairs and what a nightmare. Of the 10 new ones 8 are all bent and lock washers and locknuts not staying tight. Stitching in one cushion has come out and has a hole. Either they give me a full refund or I will contact credit card company and fight the charge. What a a bunch of garbage. Now I am waiting for the other 2 to bend forward or sideway. I am tired having to go back and tighten loose bolts and screws. It was difficult enough to put them together the first time but trying to get to some nuts is almost impossible once the chairs is finished. Probably will not get much satisfaction as some have complained and got no where with their complaints.

Bought 4 of the these for our backyard. 2 of them had machining/manufacturing problems that did not allow the provided bolts to be screwed into the threaded nut welded into the leg support ring. Contacted Kozyard customer service via email (no answer at customer service phone number). Asked for 2 replacement parts and only sent 1 replacement part. Repeated (6) emails to customer service went unanswered.I contacted Amazon. Amazon requested 2 replacement chairs and within hours I had heard from Kozyard customer service and the replacement parts were shipped.The chairs are okay for what you pay for them. Some of the holes didn't line up correctly so had to twist and maneuver the parts to get them to align. And a few of the holes were just done wrong - could still make it work but very poor quality on the manufacturing side.4 week process from placing my order to having 4 bar stool I could use.Customer service was good, via email only, at first and then when silent.Probably would not purchase again

This company is incredible, I know this is difficult time during Coronavirus, I had a few questions, they turns around answer my questions very quickly. I do have concerns before I purchase it, the weight capacity is 300lbs, it fit my friend big size very well, he is 6.6 22lbs.  also fit me very nicely, I am 5.5 and 150lbs.  The assembly took us about 40 minutes, overall went through very smoothly, once it is set up, we are really happy for the product, especially the smooth swivel feature make our siting smooth and enjoyable.  I think this price is very reasonable and enjoyable.  I was hesitating for online shopping, but with this great product and quick delivery, I am really happy about it.

6/11/21 Update #3- I contacted the seller about the issues. After a few very nice emails they agreed to replace the legs. In less than a week the new parts arrived. In a world where customer service is lacking I was very surprised at how fast my issue was resolved.Updated a second time.. My first review spoke to the comfort, I am now downgrading this review to 1 star. After using them for just one month, 2 out of 4 chairs are already bent and useless. I need to find a way to straighten all 4 legs on both chairs. The metal is very weak. It says weight limit is 300Lbs yet nobody that sat in them is near or over 200lbs. Knowing this now I would stay away from these as they are NOT strong at all as the ad said they were. Look great but useless, very unhappy to have spent several hundred dollars for one month of use. I will try to contact seller and see what happens.Updated: I have updated my rating. I realized with a little force I could move the backrest support to a position that was more comfortable and not digging into my back. I still feel the angle of the backrest is too straight up and down but the chairs look great and most people at the bar lean forward at the bar anyway. The look outweighs the minor backrest angle so I will be assembling the other 2 when I have 2 hours to kill.Original Review: I ordered 2 sets of 2- Kozyard Isabella High Swivel Bar Stools/Chair Set . I assembled 2 of the chairs as they come in one box. I have to say they look great and sturdy however they are very uncomfortable if you are sitting with your back on the backrest. For one the angle is very close to 90 degrees. I would be fine with this if it were not for the back support bar pressing on my spine. I am kind of disappointed and not sure if I will keep the other 2 I have not assembled yet. I really wanted to like these but comfort is after all one of the most important parts of having a chair.
