These are great for dialysis patients!! They help to quench your thirst when you can't drink as much as you'd like plus they're sugar free and less sugar helps with water retention because sugar is like salt in that way. Your dietitian will be so happy! Mine actually introduced these to me. I see alot of people complaining about the crumbly texture but I actually love that part. I just open the wrapper directly into my mouth so they don't spill and I suck away! Haha! Very, very yummy! Not to sweet and sour like I like em! If you like Lemon Heads you might enjoy these too and they are also a healthier option! 😉 Don't believe all the negative reviews!

When I searched for "sugar free lemon drop hard candy", the "thumbnail" ad came up for this candy. At the bottom of the "thumbnail" it said in bold print "2oz. (16 pack)". I thought that was a good price for 16-2oz. packs of candy and so I clicked on the photo and placed my order without reading further. I was dismayed when I received 1 pack of 16 pieces. In my opinion, $11.26 for 2ozs. of hard candy is an exorbitant price! I would like a full refund or another 15 packs at no charge, but I will at least have the satisfaction to never buy from this supplier again!

I've ordered these three times. Every time, most of them are crushed in the wrapper. It's as if someone is pounding them with a hammer before they package them.Other than that, and the fact that they are quite expensive for the amount of candy you get, I really like the flavor.

To me this candy tastes terrible. But as a diabetic it does satisfy my sugar cravings after about 4 candies. It is sour and weirdly sweet.

Good value for the money but don’t just rely on these. Get an assortment of sugar free candies is best.

I have been looking for a sugar free candy not artificially sweetened.This candy is sweetened by tapioca starch and natural lemon and lime,not to sweet not to sour only 35 calories in 4 pieces, great way to cut back sugar.Also unlike some artificial sweeteners there is no bloating or gas.
