Shecter 2522 Stiletto Stealth-4 Black Bass Guitar Bundle w/Hardshell Case

I own several bass guitars . A Gibson 1970 EB-3, 1969 A fender Jazz, A 1970 Hoffner Bass and a Ibanaz.This Bass has everything I wanted in a bass guitar. Active electronics (great sound). slim neck design (playability).Good looks. VERY WELL MADE. A solid buy. Would recommened this bass to any bass player.

Great bass, I am a big fan of Ibanez Bass Guitars, Then I heard the Sire Bass Guitars. And now I've heard and bought a Schecter Bass Guitar and it's awsome. This guitar is good for fingering or slapping. The 9 volt battery is good for supporting the active EQ, (and keep some in stock), but there should be a method for turning it on or off. Either a pop-up knob or a toggle switch, I'm favoring the pop-up knob. The sound is great, the feel and playability is spot on.

I love the bass, but unfortunately the bass came with defective active pickups. The 9v battery that is required to run the active pickups continuously drains the battery even when the bass is not plugged in. This means if you leave the battery in the bass you will burn through a battery every week, which is ridiculous as these batteries are expensive. By the time I was able to determine what was going on my return window through this vendor was expired, and after messaging them they told me I have to contact Schecter directly.

For the price I don't think you can find something better. I play in a rock band, but I is also suitable for other genres as well.

The frets aren’t even. It will require a professional filing and setup to make playable. Better just to return it as new, it’s not for me. Maybe I just got unlucky? Didn’t find the materials to be overly impressive either. Doesn’t cost much more to get a professional bass. The case is nice, a generic gator case but a nice one. Back they go.

Great bass for the money. Light and has a punch! They originally forgot to ship with case, but customer service was super friendly and shipped it out the very next day,

great bass. cool case. sounds great. but you need a 9-volt battery for it.
