Save Money & The Environment
This cleaner kit is fantastic! The hose attachment fit perfectly on my Epson WF845. Be sure to read and follow the instructions that are clear to understand. Otherwise, watch a few YouTube videos and you should be good to go.Recommendations:- Purchase Extra Nitrile Gloves (you can always use them for other projects around the home and garage). Without extra gloves you’ll probably get inky hands at some point during the process.- Purchase Printer Blotter Sheets (They absorb more than paper towels and leaves less of a mess to clean up).- Place a Blotter Sheet Strip (Cut to proper length and width) under your printhead.- Have Paper Towels Ready for Any “Mop Up” and the final cleanup.- Continue Process as Per Instructions...or YouTube Video/s.* There is plenty of solution to run the complete cleaning process at least 2-3 times if your printhead is not super clogged and dirty. This formula works very well in breaking down the ink gunk that accumulates over time on printheads. I’ve had my printer for almost a decade and I was about to replace it but, I decided to give this a try first. The results are, a new found love for my old printer and its renewed printing capabilities, AND one less thing to the landfill. Save money and the environment.

It works but be pat
Convenient since everything was included. Be prepared w/gloves and paper towels. Needed 3 cleanings to clear the clogs due to yellow and red being the worst. Spread cleanings out or it gets messy. Worked well. Be patient.

IT WORKS !!
Epson WF635 All In One Printer. First, the instructions were complete and relatively easy to follow. Second, if one follows the directions, the product and kit work perfectly. Third, it is a time consuming process fought with messy blotters filled with ink and cleaner residue. Fourth and most important, the wearing of gloves, as suggested, is an absolute must. Fifth and last, my greatest problem was attaching the syringe to the print head nozzle. Once that task was completed, the rest was like a walk in the park. (My problem is probably the size of my hands and the small compartment that houses the ink jet nozzles.) Good stuff.

This kit may save your printer, It saved mine!
After reading many of the reviews posted, I agree with the 5-Star reviews. I do think that the key is to follow the directions, be patient, and be prepared to repeat the process if your print heads are severely clogged due to old dried up ink and it does not work the first time. That old ink that has solidified inside the print head has to be dissolved by the warm cleaning fluid. It takes time! Don’t rush! Also, after you have completed the cleaning process, you probably will need to run the “Change Ink Cartridge” utility more than one time from your printers menu to fully charge the now clean print heads. I cut a paper towel to 5 1/4” wide and then folded in thirds lengthwise. It fit perfectly under the Epson 845 print head track to catch the cleaning fluid that gets flushed through the print heads. Change it often as it fills up and you won’t have any spilled mess to clean up.

The color of the solution is a liability
First off too many steps having to heat it up. Secondly the solution is pink/red. I am trying to flush all the ink out of my printer and I can’t tell if there is yellow or red ink still present because the solution is red. I have to buy another solution because I literally cannot tell.

Do not use in Epson NX420!
This broke my printer. I heated the liquid, I went slow. The only two things I didn't do, which should've been in the instructions if either is the problem:-the nx420 doesn't allow you to have the ink holder open while in the middle of the unit, you have to do it while it's on the far right-apparently you need to change the blotter paper out after cleaning each head. I tried to do all 4 heads at one time, and it overwhelmed the blotter paper and must have gotten into the workings. The printer turns on, but throws an immediate error message. It won't even let me use the scanner anymore. I'm hoping once I give it half a day to dry out, it'll miraculously start working again. I bought this so I could save ink by not having to run the clean cycle 3-4 times every time I printed and now I have to get a whole new printer. :(

Revived my ancient Epson WF-845
Had a used Epson WF-845 which I once loved, but it was boxed up in storage for over 8 years. Color nozzles were completely clogged. No amount of "head cleaning," cycles helped. Thought I'd give this kit a try before throwing out the printer. When I finished the cleaning process, at first there appeared to be no improvement. However after a few extra automated head cleaning cycles, and a swap of the ink cartridges, lo and behold it suddenly prints perfectly again!! If you are dissatisfied with your results, try what I did - run a few extra automated head cleanings, swap the cartridges, and be patient. One more thing I'll add is that the instructions included with this kit were very detailed and well-written with helpful images. Overall satisfied customer.

Doesn’t work
Used this to try to clean out one of my clogged print heads. I followed the directions to the letter, but this did absolutely nothing.1/9/20 UPDATE: The company contacted me and were very cordial. They apologized that it didn’t work, and explained there could be other issues at hand that caused the printer to have ink issues. They offered me a refund and I can honestly say that I am quite pleased with the customer service part of the company.
