This is really good, I thought I was buying a retracting roller, but this is not retracting meaning it doesn't have the spring to help u roll back so u do need to be quite strong in order to go all the way out & all the way back. But if that's what ur looking for then this is perfect

Great product, does what its supposed to without any struggle or difficulties. Can easily handle my weight with full range of motion and I'm 117kg, so more than impressed. Not the thickest foam mat but it gets the job done.
