Silent Running Continuous Sweep Clock Movement - Repair Kit - Choose A Size

I have this 100 year old Telechron clock. We bought this but and at first I thought there was no way I wanted to convert my horribly broken electric wall clock to battery. I’d had clock repairmen tell me that it wouldn’t work. My husband got it to work. It was a bit difficult, but it’s back on the wall in our kitchen keeping perfect time again!!!

Title says it all. I contacted the seller inquiring about warranty replacement and the response was simply: "The return period for this order has expired." I would steer clear of this product and this seller.

The thickness was more than I expected. I probably measured incorrectly. I wasn't able to place the second hand on, the cover would prevent it from moving. But works no problem.

This excellent clock repair kit enabled us to repair an antique double-sided ship clock from a ship breaking yard in India. The smooth motion ensures no annoying ticking sounds and the red second hand looks great! Both movements have run great for 6+ months keeping accurate, synchronized time on a lithium AA battery per movement. They may run for a couple years before needing their batteries replaced—we shall see!

The hands were longer than I expected but I was able to repurpose them by cutting them and turning them inside out it was difficult to decide which one to get from descriptions as I'm not the clockmaker type person I used it to fix the clock for my husband.

I bought the Silent Running Continuous Sweep Clock Movement - Repair Kit in May 2019 & it didn't even make it 2 years.I got this message from the reall company, ronellclock.com"A company called AnB Collectibles sold you this movement and is using our name without our permission. This movement (our code number is MTW-80 on our website) is not made by us.The movement should last up to 10 years if kept indoors and you change the battery regularly."I ordered one from them off if ebay & am back up & running again.

Works great. Used it to replace a generic movement with an annoying ticking sound. No perceivable sound from this one. This enabled me to buy a clock I liked aesthetically and get rid of the annoying ticking.

Nice piece of work. The second hand moves smoothly around the face, no clicking, ticking sound ... until you put the finished clock against a wall, standing or hanging, then the motor can be heard during otherwise silent times. To fix this I glued to the back of the clock a piece of pressed foam sheet. That silenced the echoing of the motor. Enjoy!
