It Just Works (with a MacBook)
Had a few other adapters and none really worked very well with my new MacBook. This one plugged in, was recognized, and worked immediately with stellar results via SpeedTest. Really can't complain. I also have a TP-Link router and find that, generally speaking, these are solid quality products. Maybe not the fastest in the world, but I'll take reliability over utmost speed.

Nice and works.
Overall Rating: 5/5Summary: it's a simple adapter from Ethernet to USB C, it works as intended and looks great.• Features: It adapts the signals given from a Ethernet to a USB C device, most commonly needed on laptops without a Ethernet port or phones. It got a led light on top of the logo, so you can see when it's working, that's pretty useful for me.• Ease of Use: Really easy to use, it's just plug and play, USB C is reversible so you can put it either way, the Ethernet only goes one way due to its tab on the connector, so it's impossible to go wrong when plugging it.• Performance: It works, I didn't get to test the speed, but the information does go through, so if you need to know technical information about the speed, better search a little more.• Design: Fairly compact, and it got a space to put the cable end when not using it, got a lil logo on it. That white is easy to get dirty so always make sure that you have clean hands.• Value for Money: I think it could be a little cheaper, but it's still worth it, because it's from a trusted company, so if you don't wanna gamble with other brands, here is one that works. If the item is on a good sale, don't think about it too much and get it.• Customer Support: I didn't have to contact customer support on this product, But TP link is usually good on their service. Conclusion: If you are looking at this product it's because of a need, and this one on specific is the one that I can recommend. Can't go wrong with TP Link.

Works great, except it has no port for simultaneous charging
I use this to connect my iPad to my home Ethernet network for more speed, security, and reliability than over WiFi. My only quibble is that I cannot simultaneously charge my device.

Works great!
This has improved my internet speeds dramatically. I have fast internet but this really makes it extremely fast. It's easy to plug in. I also have an adapter to use this on my phone and it works great. I mostly use it for my laptop work and zoom sessions. Clients have confirmed that they can see me clearer and less pixilated. I call that a win. I have multiple routers on multiple levels and my speed isn't slow to begin with but if you're looking for direct connect to a router or modem this will do just that. You will need the actual ethernet cable in addition to this FYI.

Ethernet to USB A adapter works
Does it work? YesFunctionality: 100%Good: It’s small/compact. USB A is protected from dirtBad: N/AAccuracy of Advertisement: Did not test the speed but going on websites; it seems responsive with the correct CAT cableSuggestion(s): have the indicator light be bigger or have it light up around the rim of the adapter to know that it’s plugged inDetails: I plunged it into my ethernet cable and Lenovo laptop and went on different websites to see if it’s lagging or slow. It worked and was responsive. I tried different ethernet cables which made a huge difference. My longer cable made it slower. I switched over to a better CAT cable and that made a big difference. The adapter works and the little light indicating that it’s on helps a lot.

Cheap and easy solution to connect Ethernet
I have a new 2025 iPad and looking for a way to connect where I had poor wifi but had good Ethernet. This was a cheap and simple solution, and the iPad detected the Ethernet automatically. Some reviews mentioned an issue with heat but I didn’t notice any heating.Only issue is you can’t charge the iPad at the same time the device is connected but with a good battery life it is a good trade-off for the low cost.
