Excellent toy to stimulate your baby, as it comes in colors, designs, and textures that will catch their attention. I bought it for my daughter and she loved it. I could say it's one of her favorite toys; it's well worth it.

When I first saw Emily on Amazon, I thought this would be perfect for my three month old since she is just now getting into loving toys (that are appropriate for her age). It had lots of little tinkling things for her to play with and learn on, but I was wondering if 10 bucks was a little high for it. I went ahead and got it thinking it was going be a little bit smaller as just a regular little doll. When the package came, much to my amay, I found it much bigger then what is pictured! It's about half a three month old's size and it's so neat! The little skirt make sounds, the rattle on the neck, twisty toe hair and ties for the shoes, teether from the hands and not to mention I can put it on her car seat to play with when we go to the store or restaurant to keep her entertained and she loved it! She got so excited the first time I gave it to her! Great 5 stars and well worth the money!

We bought this for our baby daughter at 6 weeks, and she immediately engaged with it, she loves it more and more every day. The toy has nice bright contrasting colors, is a good size for little ones' grasp, and makes interesting and stimulating noises and sounds. Would highly recommend, even for newborn!Side note: the doll I received is not exactly as pictured- the rattle is attached to the hand, and it does not have teether rings. Irregardless, I'm giving it 5 stars because my baby loves it. But buyer beware: it's just not quite as pictured. I'd say it's actually probably cuter than as advertised.

Babies that I have given My Friend Emily to have been very expressive to the doll. So fun to watch them.

I bought this for my five-month-old daughter and she seems to like it. The rings on the doll's hand are easy for her to grasp, and as with anything that goes in my daughter's hands, she puts it directly to her mouth to gnaw on it. This doll is bigger than I anticipated, which is great, as is the bright color scheme. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five, is because the doll's entire dress is lined with loud crinkly material. It sometimes startles my daughter! I think it would be more appealing if just the hem was crinkly, but we still love this toy.
