I keep this in our chest freezer. Since it’s located in our garage, the air temperature can vary widely depending on the season. This really helps to know what the temperature is inside the freezer. Plus, it hangs on one of the wire racks to help protect it, so this works perfectly.

it gets hot. The temperature needle goes up. It cools down the temperature. Needle goes down as well. Works just fine. Not the most stable but works just fine.

Got this item for my new mini fridge, made especially for refridgerators, perfect/easy to read, safety zone is marked in red, the size is perfect regardless of size of a fridge. Should last for many years Recommend this item.

Works great on my grill

I compared it with another one and it was inaccurate. Many readings were inaccurate readings evey single time. This brand is well trusted but my device was either defective from the manufacturer or it got defective through the shipping process 🤔
