The book was concise and provided a simplistic approach toward P2P lending. The author like with many other promoters of this type of investment opportunity does notably fail to clarify the amount of minimum inward investment required which tends to be more than £5000.Nevertheless, once you cut through curd of optimism of getting imaginary returns of over 10% pa. on your investment based on the appreciative risks, the book is a good comparable to alternative investment with tax breaks.

I was not previously familiar with the topic, the book made me feel I know how to start if I want to look into peer to peer lending further as an alternative investment option. There is a focus on peer to peer lending in the european market (where I live) which I found helpful as many books will just look at the US and people outside the US may not be able to avail of this market.

Rip off, you will know more about the subject after 30 minutes spent with google search and reading than you learn from this... buy another book in this subject.

All in all a great book on the new and emerging Peer to Peer lending space!The author has successfully captured and summarised the key 'need to know' fundamentals for those new to the P2P lending world, and for those (like myself) who have begun to build their portfolios and were looking for further guidance and understanding.He makes it clear why P2P lending is a must have in his portfolio, and how like himself, one can potentially make over 10% a year from including it in an investment strategy.The main focus in this book is around EU based lenders but the concepts and principles are transferrable globally, a really great introductory book to the subject area, I recommend.

This product has been a really waste of my money and even worse my time. It is out of date and ti shows the author has done this for a quick buck rather than to help the readers.
