Serious Copywriters should have a copy of this read it and copy it. I don't know how they came up with these "100 Best Letters" and it can be argued that there are better, but these are examples of some of the best. Reading them you will and using them will give you the tone, and pace that is effective. Studying them will show you the components necessary in all successful direct sales.This is an extremely useful tool for anyone selling or using persuasion to make a point in print or otherwise.

I had been waiting for this book over 6 months before it was available. This was prior Kindle edition. Despite the fact some of the language being out of date due to fast advancing technology and the Internet, the core of this book is solid and sound. Vocabulary might change, but human behavior will not. This is what makes this book timeless treasure. It in not a cheap book, but if you are Internet Marketer or in any sales this reference book is priceless.

The media could not be loaded.  In this video I compare and contrast "The Greatest Direct Mail Salesletters Of All Time" with  Million Dollar Mailings . Both are excellent resources and cover some of the same territory, but differences in presentation and focus makes each a unique resource. Which one you buy or which you buy first will be a matter of what you're looking for and the type of mailing or salesletters you need to create.

For a $70 kindle download, the conversion sure leaves a lot to be desired. Letters that should be capitalized, aren't and letters that shouldn't be, are. Pictures are broken up and screw up the text. In short, the Kindle version is pretty much unusable, unless you want to sit there and try to piece the letters together once sentence per page. Some of the pages format OK, but most of it does not. If you're going to go for this book, which I'm told is excellent, get a used copy of the physical book. More expensive, perhaps, but much less of a headache!

This book contains a lot of examples of good sales letters. A must-buy book for all would-be copy writers.
