Butter Your Corn Set with Jumbo Corn Cob Holders (for 8) and Norpro Butter Spreader

These are definitely an improvement over my previous corn cob holders, which were the classic cheap yellow ones shaped like ears of corn. Here's my experience so far:PROS:-Lots of holders for when you inevitably lose or break one-Pleasing rubbery grips in cheerful colors-They lock in pairs for storage so that all the sharp ends are tucked away. This is the best feature.-Appear sturdy (we've only used them once, so we'll see how they hold up)CONS:-Would prefer these be sold in 4- or 6-packs rather than 8. What you get is a bundle of 2 4-packs plus the butter holder... there's just no reason those 3 items need to be sold as a unit.-I could do without the buttering gizmo. It's a solution for a non-problem. Buttering corn with a knife isn't difficult. This device works fine and adds minimal convenience to the buttering process. But it is also just one more thing to wash and one more item crowding your kitchen drawers.

Colorful, well made, sturdy, and cute! These handles fit together for a connected pair, no more lost corn cob holders! Fat comfortable handles to handle the biggest ear of corn. The surprise was how many we got, and the cool butter holder. Make sure to let the butter set out so it's warm enough to spread on that delicious hot corn. These don't look like the tines will rust, and with reasonable care, won't break. I hand wash. Great product and value!

If you love corn on the cob like we do, then you need these!!! I’m happy to have the vivid colors! They are sharp enough to grip the corn effectively and the handles are large enough to hold comfortably. I love how they fit together for storage! I did note that the handle can separate from the spearing portion when separating two holders that are connected, unless you sort of pry them apart. So that is how I’ve been doing it. There is enough in this package for a whole family! More than enough for hubby and me. Butter dispenser is a nice touch. We like it so far.

These work well! Only reason I withheld a star was the inconvenient leaking after washing. These lock together, which seems like a great solution for keeping pairs together for storage until you realize there is water trapped inside of each holder. They are difficult to dry.

I love that they go in to each other so you don't get poked by them. The ends are comfortable to hold. Plus, they seem to be holding up well.

Bought in July 2020. It’s not even April 2021, and this is the third one that has fallen apart. No biggie, except for I’ve got little kids from 9mos to 6 whom this is dangerous for.I loved how the matching pieces hook together. This would be great for adult who can quickly and safely react to them if they break. But I do not recommend if in a household with little kids.I will be looking for a new style of cob holders.

This set has some great qualities and then some minor issues.The corn holders stick into each other when not in use. Great idea. They're also thicker and softer than those original ones, the ones that actually look like corn. I also like the different colors. Makes them slightly easier to use.As for the butter spreader, I'm not positive I understand how it works. If I am currently using it correctly, then I do not quite understand why only half a stick of butter fits in it.

Great colors. Fun to use. Just don't last forever!
