I usually don’t write reviews but these are great cans. The headphones are quite comfortable to wear for extended periods of time and the audio quality is crisp. It truly sounds like something that would sell for thrice the price. Sturdy headphones. They fit well, and are adjustable. The mic is adjustable up and down and flexible. I work in telecommunications and can be on the phone for an extended period of time. I’ve worked in this industry since I was 19, so I think myself a good judge of headsets. These are among the better headsets I’ve used in my career. 5/5 this is my replacement going forward for all replacement headsets I use. May order a couple more just to have as spares.

The microphone doesn't work at all. Had no choice but to return the item

First of all, I was happy to discover that this Binaural Call Center "RJ9" headset actually worked with both my AT&T Business Telephone: Model #ML 17939 via the handset jack (incidentally, I didn't know prior, you could plug an "RJ9" jack into the handset instead) as instructed in the owner's manual, as well as with my recently purchased "AGPtEK" brand, call center-type Dial Pad! Fantastic! And, neither of my devices were listed in the "list" of compatible telephone brands and models for this headset.Plus, it includes a spare pair of ear muffs, two "RJ9" adapters if needed: an RGP-A, and a RGP-C, for even greater compatibility. They left "nothing" to chance, how very considerate. Wow!!! I took a chance, and it came out a winner! That's good news! Because, if your brand or model of telephone is not listed, that doesn't necessarily mean that it won't work. Yaay!!!As for the headset itself, I'd say it's of pretty decent or "good" quality, not the very best but not the bottom tier either, because first off, the band that goes over your head is fairly comfortable, metal that is coated in plastic or silicone thankfully, so it does not pull on your hair! Secondly, it's stretches or expands adequately to accommodate different sized heads, and mine is slightly larger than what's considered average, so it's moderately comfortable. I just wish the "tension" against your ears was a little "tighter" or snugger, so that you could hear your callers a little better.The volume "coming in and conversely going out" is good, but honestly could be louder. The reception is clear, just not as loud as I would like it. Between both the headset (top) portion, and the lower portion that plugs into the jack, which connect "midway," account for a considerably long cord which will enable you to sit, stand, or walk a few feet away comfortably and non-restrictively. There is no volume control on the headset cord itself, but the cord does feature a "clothes pin" type thingee, which comes in handy if you'd like to attach it to your shirt or blouse, to affect the length of the cord that is draping downward. The "mouthpiece or arm" rotates nicely and almost 360 degrees, though not quite (so caution here) from either side, you can wear it speaking into the left, or into the right. That's awesome!The ear muffs are nice and "cushy," and the entire headset has a sleek, stylish look to it in "black with gold trim or accents," here and there.Quality Universal RJ9 Call Center Headset for Home, Office, School and Beyond!Excellent Value. 4Stars!****

This headset is exactly what I was looking for. Would purchase again.

Ordered 8 headsets on buy it again for staff. Headsets were too big and were slipping off the head and couldn't be adjusted. The sound quality was dull and couldn't hear people speaking. It was echoing like being in a fish bowl. Paid £202.96 refunded £222.96 but had to pay £69.10 to return so £49.10 out of pocket for items that were not fit for purpose.
