OKAY!! I'm a Fan now
The Altura Photo 49MM Lens Filter Kit I bought for my 50mm lens has really impressed me with its performance and results far! Each filter, in the set brings something to the table and has truly elevated my photography in various ways, I put all of them to the test and had a few things to say.The UV filter is really handy for protection – I always make sure it's on my lens to guard against dust and scratches as well as accidental fingerprints which we know happens from time to time! The best part is that it doesn't impact the image quality all; in fact, it helps keep my photos super sharp even in sunny conditions. The polarizer filter is a must have for photography enthusiasts like me! It works wonders by minimizing reflections, from water and glass while boosting the richness and depth of colors in my landscape photos. Using an ND filter enables me to capture images in daylight by slowing down the shutter speed without causing overexposure issues. Making it perfect for achieving motion blurs such as silky water flows or dynamic cloud movements; it's also handy for maintaining balanced exposure when aiming for a wide aperture, in shots requiring depth of field focus. The filters are crafted from top notch glass material. I haven't experienced any unexpected changes in color or distortions with them. Moreover, the case provided helps in keeping everything maintained and safeguards the filters when they are not being used. This set of filters is ideal, for photographers seeking to enhance their photographs with a range of filters. I strongly suggest it for its quality and effectiveness!

Bang for the Buck, Hard to Beat
Haters are going to hate. The price made me very skeptical, the smaller group of very negative reviews gave me pause. I decided that in the worst case scenario, I can send them back. I am using the 72MM filter set on a Nikon Z6 with the 24-70MM FX lens for professional video production of outdoor B-reel.UV filter: Clear, minimal added distortion, no visible defects in the filter, provides a small added degree of crispness to outdoor images in partly-cloudy and full sun situations.CPL: Color me really impressed. For the money, the performance is in a word - amazing. Excellent for removing glare and reflection off of water and glass, while brightening blues. Does soften focus but within acceptable ranges. Adjustment is easy. I am shooting with an Atomos Ninja V so the larger display enables me to dial in the CPL with more precision.ND4: Useless, hence the 4 stars. As others have noted the ND4 filter adds a lot of brown tones to your images. I did use it on a beach where I was shooting some surf images in lousy midday light with high clouds. It helped but the gray rocks turned decidedly brown. If you're an expert at Photoshop/Premiere you can adjust to fix, but it will take some time. I also found that the ND4 softened the focus worse than the other filters, where some video was unusable for our work.If you're buying this for the CPL and the UV, it is still well worth the money even if you toss the ND4. Having dropped a 24-300MM FX lens with a UV filter on it (not this one) to find the UV filter cracked to pieces, I am a huge fan of using a UV or clear filter to protect your glass full time. This represents dirt cheap insurance, and additionally, a quality CPL that rivals other choices that are 3X or 4X the cost.

Great Value
For the price compared to other lens filters of the same kind these were a great value. They fit properly and I've had no issues with them falling off. If you are looking at these filters you know the purpose of each and each does exactly as they are intended so don't let the price fool you - they are a good buy that work.I hope this was helpful!

A CPL that works at a low price
This CPL comes with a bundle that contains also a UV lens and ND4 at a really low price. My main focus was the CPL but wanted to try the ND somedays later. So this review concerns only the CPL. I think the build quality of the CPL is good, superior to the price. The polarization effect of this filter is discernible when looking into the viewer while rotating the CPL (also see the first two pictures I've taken with and without the polarization effect). The effect here is obvious: in the first picture highlights reflected directly from the point light were almost blown out, while leaving the rest of the photo underexposed. In the second one (the camera is in the same setting with Aperture priority), the highlights largely diminished while the whole picture is at a more balanced exposure, drawing more details and colors from the darker areas. Note also the flares created in the second picture by the polarizing effect. Both pictures are raw jpeg and no adjustments were made. The pictures 3-5 were taken with polarization effect on and processed afterwards. In some situations (pictures 6-7), you may notice a gradual effect of polarization if reflections on the windows are spanning the whole picture. This is expected because the direction of reflection changes along the way. For landscape photography, the cloud seems to be more popped out (picture 8) though I did not take a picture without the polarization effect for comparison. I had no experience with other cpl's so by no means of a comparison, but this CPL is worth an investment for a first taste of the CPL.
