This is a real, unpaid review from someone who actually used this umbrella at the Jersey Shore in steady 20 mph winds with gusts up to 25 mph—and I was seriously impressed. The AMMSUN umbrella stayed firmly in place, while several nearby Tommy Bahama umbrellas were wobbling or flying away. The vented canopy and included sandbag anchor really helped keep it secure.The shade coverage was excellent—it easily fit 3 adults laying down or about 5 people sitting. There’s no tilt feature, but the coverage still worked well throughout the day. It was quick to set up, easy to pack, and comes with a lightweight carry bag with a shoulder strap.I’m an avid beachgoer and rarely write reviews, so that tells you how much I really, really liked this umbrella. I’ll be testing it on more trips and will update if anything changes—but so far, it’s been great. Not sponsored—just genuinely happy with how well it held up in real beach conditions.

Very well made umbrella. Love the pockets on the carrying case and webbed straps with padding. Umbrella size is full 8’ lots of shade.. the turning pc was very sturdy and got into the sand easily .. and did not pull out with a wind gust when properly screwed in

Excellent quality fabric. The canopy fabric doesnt fade over timeZ The umbrella is a very sturdy umbrella. However, i would use it angled against the wind on very windy days. This umbrella doesn't have the tilt option. The umbrella has one manufacturing issue which is after a few uses the ring that holds the pieces together at the top becomes loose and all the spokes come out.

We've been to the south Jersey Shore for many years and I've bought and threw out many beach umbrellas in that time. That area tends to have high sustained winds on the beach well in excess of 20mph. This is by far the sturdiest umbrella we've owned, (and the most expensive as well). The fiberglass ribs held up very well and was kinda cool to be the one of the very few people on on the beach with an open umbrella. The sand anchor is a bit of pain to get all the way down, but its deep and worked very well to keep the umbrella down in the wind. In fact, it worked better than our metal umbrella anchor. The other good thing about is the bag that holds the umbrella and accessories. Its big and roomy so getting everything in there is fast and easy. The 8' size is really nice as well.

Durable, attractive, large shade area, withstands gulf coast beach wind, no fabric wear or rust, easy to set up and transport. We’ve used it 2 years and it looks like new.

First let me say I rated this product 5 stars because it really is a great umbrella that assembles easily, installs quickly, and looks great. It also provides enough shade for 2 adults with a little room to spare. The only questionable feature is its SPF capability. My first time using it was in the August, Florida sun for approximately 6 hrs and I did get a slight burn. Using sunscreen, even while under this umbrella, would be highly recommended.

Sturdy, built well, easy to use. The bag used for weighing the umbrella down works great when you fill it up with sand - the umbrella stays put! I've had the umbrella for 2 summers as well.
