1 Pc Torx Repair Screwdriver T8 Security Screw Tool for Xbox 360 Controller

I’m able to fix my Xbox devices now. No more struggling with those screws

Works like a tool is supposed to. My son says you need this tool for anyone who has an xbox. If you don't have this tool and you take xbox, xbox360 or xbox one apart they will never work again. I don't play the Xbox or any games systems so I couldn't say for sure but I know that my husband tried to fix Xbox one for my other son and didn't have tool and the box in places had to be forced open and its not fixed nor put back together yet. And its been 2 months. So now I am going to be spending another $400 on new one for the second year on a row.So my opinion was.. But the tool if you know.what your doing, if not leave it to tje professionals and take it somewhere that fixes xbox issues so your not spending money you dont have or don't want to spend.

Microsoft doesn't make things easy to repair. That's a fact. And likely by design too. That said, my kids have sticky little paws and treat the controllers like it's the controller's fault when they die playing a game. You know how that goes. So I'm sitting there with three controller bumpers that don't work. Bought a set of Torx screwdrivers locally, which included the T8. Didn't fit the screws. Saw this on Amazon and after reading the reviews, starting with the negative ones, I decided, since it was only 5 bucks and shipped Prime, to give it a go. Arrived in two days. A half hour later all three controllers are working like new. This screwdriver is NOT junk. It does what it was designed to do. And it does it well. If you have sticky fingered kids that also abuse controllers, buy this screwdriver. You won't regret it. As an aside, anyone who wants to play my X-Box One, must wash their hands before they even LOOK at one of the controllers.

I had trouble finding this tool in any stores and of course amazon has it! My husband used it to work on his Phantom 3 standard and it worked great. Previously he had a T8 tip and it would not fit down the screw hole. This worked perfectly for reaching into the small areas. The quality is great for the price. You can't beat under $5 on prime. Delivery was quick and packaging was sufficient.I would recommend this to anyone who needs a T8 torx screwdriver and has to get into hard to reach areas. Definitely a better price than anywhere else i could find.

I signed in just to leave a review. Buying the Torx was one of the best purchases I've made in awhile. It's a great design and works as advertised. The magnetized tip is just awesome.if I had to really really nitpick though, the only con I can come up with is that it doesn't come with a case. I would have definitely shelled out a few more bucks for a nice case but it's all good.If you're looking for a screwdriver to deal with those lame security screws on your controller, this is the one to buy.

Bought this because a piece of plastic had broken off inside my son's Xbox controller and was inhibiting the movement of one of buttons and control sticks as it jiggled around inside the controller. I purchased this screwdriver to remove the security screw, then pry open the controller and was able to remove the broken piece. The controller is as good as new. $6 vs a whole new controller..... I'd say it's money well spent.

Extremely poorly made. Never before have I had a screwdriver that gets stripped by the screws and not the other way around. The screwdriver works as intended for the first 5 screws and then the tip ends up getting stripped and renders it completely useless. I had to buy another one from a hardware store that worked awesome. This one is already in the trash as I am writing this review.

I got new buttons for my controller because one seemed to be sticking. This was exactly the right thing. I replaced my buttons and cleaned it all out and now it works like a dream. Maybe if I could get dirty teens to stop touching my things, I wouldn't have needed it, but I'm glad I have it now!
