We all know those screen protectors, the ones that you are practically bald (pulling your hair out in frustration) by the time you finally have them installed on your tablet. This is NOT one of those.Installation was a breeze. Piece of cake to line up the protector since they give you an easy to install guide tray. Next, they provide ample supplies to prepare your screen for installation. Lastly, getting out any bubbles is a stress free experience. Just gently lift the corner of the screen protector nearest the bubble until the bubble disappears and then lay the screen protector back down. No more bubble!

I want to start by saying that this is a fairly good value considering that they include the installation frame. The installation frame makes it really easy to align the screen protector as opposed to doing it free-handed. The instructions say to use your finger to spread out the bubbles, but I ended up using a small squeegee from a Spigen screen protector kit for my iPhone. Perhaps they could include something like that in their packaging. The optical clarity seems decent and I’m not seeing any bubbling. The oleophobic coating is okay, but still attracts fingerprints. There hasn’t been a noticeable difference when using my Apple Pencil.Unfortunately, mine arrived with a tiny chip/crack in the glass on one of the rounded corners by the Face-ID camera. This is definitely going to start noticeably cracking from this point in the next few days. I see that there are some reviews about receiving cracked units, so maybe they’d consider more rigid packaging for something so large and fragile. The Amazon returns process will only refund you if you send the item back, but that doesn’t seem very feasible because you would have to remove the screen protector from the iPad - which is VERY difficult to do without shattering it and causing catastrophic damage.EDIT: The seller reached out to me and offered to replace the screen protector free of charge or a refund. I received the replacement and it looks just fine! Great customer service.

If you don't have this for your ipad what are you doing???? I found this and I will never go back. I write so much better with this screen on. Its not expensive and its easy to put on. It has a lot of texture and I love writing on it

Installation was mostly easy. I like the guide, but it did not fit the tablet very well. Alignment is good. Installed with hardly any bubbles to work out. Has a slick feel and does not distort image at all.

I use this as a tool to write on my ipad for mathematics courses like multivar calc, stats, linear algebra, algorithms, etc and it works well if you find the apple pencil too slick on the naked display. Looks great for reading. Personally a better option than a magnetic cover I had because the closeness of the screen protector creates a higher quality image. The coating has some blur and rainbowness but it is not too bad especially compared to other options. Exceptionally easy to install with built in frame and replacement in the package if you need it. It fits very well because of this too.

I really like this screen protector because it reduces glare on my iPad, and makes it feel like you are writing on paper when using the Apple Pencil. It isn’t going to protect the screen from a fall, but that’s not what I bought it for. It fits with any case you want to use, or none at all.

Takes a bit to work out all the bubbles but overall good application. What I can’t stand is the holographic or rainbow grainy effect it produces on the screen. If you like writing using white-paper note taking software this screen protector will add a grainy rainbow effect to the screen. What is white on the iPad screen filters through this paper like screen protector and creates a rainbow of colors. This screen protector essentially refracts light cresting colors that otherwise would not be present.Other users wrote similar reviews and I should have paid more attention to them. Hard to explain the rainbow effect but it’s really bad. If you don’t mind taking your high end Apple product and making it resemble the early color touch screen tablets of 2000, get this product. If you want a product that aligns with the quality of the iPad itself, get something else. You get what you pay for, and unfortunately this paper like screen protector does not stand up to the current iPads clarity and quality. If you’re planning to use your iPad at full arms distance, maybe it’ll work for you. But most folks buy a 1k iPad for its awesome screen. Don’t ruin it with this cheap product.
