Awesome Product
I'm very pleased with these, I can either use just one or both and choose which one is the main earbud.shipping was fast and great service, they reply very quickly and very helpful. I truly recommend these

Better than the original case
There are some subtle cosmetic changes from the original case I got with my earbuds, but basically the same. Functionally it's better than the original. I would have to occasionally give one of the buds a wiggle after putting it back in the original case to get it to start charging and if the case was jostled in my pocket hard enough the bud would turn back on. No issues with new case. Works perfectly

Compatible with Bicboz Sabbat
My case charger for the Sabbat E12 Ultra broke so I mistakenly called tech support of Besue. They responded pretty quickly and unfortunately told me that the item I have was from Bicboz (also a good company, they replace my earbuds for free). I did buy this case from Besue and it is compatible with my earbuds. This is better than my orignal case because the charge lights are brighter

WORST PRODUCT EVER!!!!!
This is product is the one of the most disappointing products I have ever acquired in my life.I bought as a replacement because the original charging port that came with the ear buds just stopped working out of the blue and to my surprise this replacement has also just stopped working just like the original.The amazing thing is they both stopped working after 5-6 months of purchase and I'm not a heavy user.I will NEVER recommend this product to anyone.I'm totally DISAPPOINTED!!!I cannot give this any star

Besue charge case for Sabbat e12/ e12 ultra.
Besue charging case for sabbat e12 earbuds fixed my months long earbud issue, where my right earbud kept turning itself on overnight leaving the battery drained. So pleased that this charge case has fixed my issue and now these outstanding earbuds work better than new.
