This is a nice roller, especially when you consider the price. Personally, I think it is a little large but depending on what muscles you are looking to hit it may be perfect for you. I have had hip and lower back pain and it has really helped comfort my back and hips. It's a solid roller and the color is true to what was shown online. I would purchase again.

My wife requested This foam roller for exercise class.It has been used for 20 months now with no complaints.It seems very durable and sturdy.It is used for yoga and stretching exercises.This was the back roller.

Bought this for rolling out my back and calves. It was pretty much as advertised. A foam roller. The measurements were as it stated. It may not be great for traveling due to the size of it though. It takes up quite a bit of space if you were to put it in a duffel bag or a suitcase. It does it's job on rolling out knots on the back and stretching out the calf muscles if you are able to roll on top of it. If you roll your calves on it, you will have a better time only rolling out one leg at a time. May want the longer size if you want to roll out both. Would buy again if needed but this current one seems pretty durable.

Its a nice roller. Its really stiff and hard to if you want a softer one this one isnt for you. Its great tho, i use it to stretch my back
