My children really love these. They cook easily and fast but sturdy and taste great.

These rice ramen noodles make a perfect spagetti for those of us with a gluten intolerance. The taste with the different sauces we used, was delicious. They added to the flavor and did not detrack. They were not soggy and mushy as can be the problem with other GF products. I gleefully recommend!

Great product!!! For GF allergy, best ramen noodles out there!!! One tip- after boiling, rinse with cold water in strainer before adding to broth, makes huge difference!!

I am sure they would have been fine as noodles, but this incredibly fragile food item was shipped in a bag and arrived as crumbs. To the seller: make sure amazon buts it in a box! It's ramen I miss, not rice-a-roni! However, what was there was good. Nice texture and absorbed flavor well.

Very delicious easy to make n great gulten free option

I have gut issues and need to be gluten-free, but I really missed my ramen noodles. This one tastes great and I can now enjoy home made ramen again! I heat it up for 5 minutes in water in the microwave then let it sit for another 1 -2 and add bone broth, GF soy from San-J, fish sauce, cilantro herbs, lime, etc, to recreate my own ramen soup. Delicious! Only thing, a bit expensive here. Fortunately Costco has it as well so now I buy there.

Noodles have a wonderful taste but are not sturdy. Bought two packages. Both preparations yielded more of a noodle rice as opposed to long strands. Because I like long noodles, will not purchases again

Ive been in search of good gluten-free ramen noodles and these fit the bill! I don't mind making my own broth for these. Just wish they cost less.
