I normally have ordered direct from WallSpace all my recent frames, but since I had need for some other items from Amazon, thought they woud be the same quality (being the same mftr) so purchased two of these.I don't know why these are not the same quality as the ones I have purchase direct, but they are...1: Both frames have more than one fair sized mark on the front face.2: the glass in both was a fraction too big, making removing, cleaning and replacing quite difficult and worrying incase it broke.3: both glass were horribly dirty, yet arrived sealed!!! (i do extect to clean them, but not quite to this extent)!4: Both had glass with a chip on before it was removed.Were it not the fact I have not checked these when they arrived two days ago and now MUST have two items framed for tomorrow morning, I WOULD have returned them.Buying diret next time.

This is an excellent frame. Good quality and was delivered earlier that advertised. Seller also took time to contact me to check every thing was OK. Great service. This is the second of these frames I have bought.

I paid for this frame for a commission for a customer, hoping that it would be sturdy and of a high quality. The frame was made of very, very light material with part of the painted wood around the corner peeling off. I had to paint over this with black acrylic. If I had had the luxury of time, I would have returned this. As it turns out I'm having to swallow the (way too high) cost of the frame as I don't want my customer to have to pay for it. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Really disappointed with the quality of these frames. The corner joins are in no way seamless and as you can see from the photos this is very obvious against the black of the outer frame. I went for these frames as they were described to be superior quality made of wood with glass, but these joints totally ruin it for me. Plus one corner was also chipped (again obvious against the black). I bought two of these intending to give as gifts, but do not feel happy to give as gifts due to the low quality. Very over priced for what you get.

10 out of 10, excellent quality frame for the money, arrived ahead of time and packaging was superb the frame was very well protected without going overboard ,the cord and fixing are very high quality and being able to decide where you want to fix them yourself I see as an advantage. Would buy again.

Brought the wooden black picture frame for a print that was purchased a while ago as a gift. I choose this company as they made the frame and whilst it wasn’t the cheapest I was really pleased with the quality. The frame was delivered promptly and was very well wrapped and I was delight to find that the frame set off the print perfectly. I would certainly use this company again. By the way the recipient was delighted with the gift too!

Frame for a graduation photo. I wanted a plain black frame for my daughters graduation photo. Normally any specialised photo that comes with a mount turns out not the usual frame sizes, meaning you tend to have to have a frame made, at a big cost!However after searching, I came across this frame on Amazon, 12 x 10cm which fitted my photo including the mount, at half the price I was quoted to have one made! I chose a grained effect and it is fabulous! Photo fits beautifully, really pleased. I am going to order another one for her Grandma’s photo too.Quick delivery too.Thank you 😊

This was the perfect setting for a poster I bought from the US National Parks featuring Grand Teton mountains and a moose. The size - 18 x 12 inches - was proving awkward to source then up popped your frame on Amazon 20 x 16 perfect. The predicted delivery day was Friday and it arrived the previous Wednesday so extra special delivery efficiency. It fits perfectly in the space we chose and looks very classy setting off our poster very well. Thank you for your service and product.
