The finished desk is actually very sturdy. However the build process was far from simple.I've built loads of flat pack items, and this was by far the worst, as the instructions were wrong, and in some cases, you needed a magnifying glass to see some of themFor example- Items 8 & 10 were either wrongly labelled, or the instructions were wrong- We were missing 2 dowels and 1 screw (luckily I have spares from previous builds)- The fixing for the keyboard draw shows they face outwards (magnifying glass was required to confirm), but actually you need to face them inwards. This you only find out when trying to fit the keyboard draw, which is the last thing to fit. So you then have to take the whole top apart again to make this change.

I am actually trying to get hold of the manufacturers because the predrilled holes that carry the locking bolts were oversized. Elsewhere in the parts, there were nylon bushes in the holes that fitted the locking bolts - but not in the four holes for the top of each of the drawer units. As has been mentioned elsewhere, the instructions were very difficult to follow, and the quality of the unit was less than precise so the drawer units stick somewhat. I quite like the unit, it does what it should do, but I have had to use a bit of ingenuity to make it work.

I was looking forward to getting this computer desk as it looked nice but I was wrong I've still not completely put it together as parts needed missing long nails given for tube part too big asked questions from fellow customers who have purchased this one said m4 then they said m5 threaded rods for tube which is correct ?pictures grainy but still easy to see plus 3 cam lock screw connectors missing no way to contact seller to get missing parts

Was skeptical of the strength of the desk but overall great product 👌

I could not assemble it. I asked for your help you did not help me. In the end I had to hire for a handy man to assemble it and paid £35 for that. Also I found one of the part is broken. I really want compensation for that.Really bad experience.

If you had Mecano set when you were young then it's a doddle to put together I think it's good quality for the price I'm one happy 74 year old

Very hard to assemble as instructions not at all clear and also received few damaged wood. And only came to know when more then half was assembled and untrained staff asking to send it back through Royal mail. How on earth we suppose to undo everything. We even sent pictures of damaged parts. Drawers not at all smooth.
