I've used this product for yearsssss. Not sure why but this formula and packaging has changed. Quality isn't good anymore. It's a real shame and it seems users across the world are experiencing the same issues. Let's hope they sort out the problem!

If I could do a zero star I would. Not what is supposed to be at all. Completely watery liquid not a cream at all. Will be returning as very disappointed

Really good for your skin

Would have been annoyed if I hadn't read the reviews. Watery to start with. Put in warm water then SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE! It then keeps its creamy consistency.

I was given this in Spain for a cure for prickly heat on my face and neck. It did and I noticed how much better my skin felt after using it so I now put this on my face every evening after cleansing. Best way to apply it is to put some onto your fingers and spread it onto both hands then pat it over face and neck. It's brilliant and my skin has never been better.

I bought this for my mild eczema, it seems to be working fine at the moment (on day 2) but when I opened this a bunch of water came out. I had a look in the tube and the product was fully separated! I had to shake and massage the tube to try and get it back to its normal consistency. This is supposed to be a super thick cream so it was really shocking to have water splatter in my hand instead of the cream.I’d maybe look into buying it in person insteadsmall update 4 days in: the cream is awesome, I still massage and shake the tube before using to make sure it’s not separated but it’s so good on my skin! It’s super thick so I tend to gently tap it in but it makes my skin so shiny and amazing I love it! it’s also helped my eyelids a lot
