I do not like the sun, and my husband loves the beach. So, I ordered the umbrella to keep me in the shade and be able to spend the time in the sun (for him). We used it to today for the first time and it was sturdy. The size provided the right amount of coverage from the sun and perfect for 2 people. The best part is that it was easy to set up and lightweight to transport. It was also easy to fold and place it back in its bag. I was able to carry it along with my beach bag and chair.

5 out of 5! Highly highly recommend for your beach trip! We bought this very last minute to take with us. It was super easy to travel with, didn't take up a ton of space, very easy to put up on the beach, and easy to take down and store. The umbrella covered two chairs and a cooler. It never fell over in any of the windy weather or with a little rain we got. It was great for kids to get a little bit of shade from. Well worth the prize!

So far after about a half a dozen uses on the beach this umbrella seems to hold up well in winds under 15 mph. One day with winds probably ( I don't carry an anemometer to the beach) above 15mph but not particularly strong for the beach it blew partially inside out and began to come out of the sand. I grabbed it to keep it from becoming a projectile on the beach. I'm not new to beach umbrellas or beach winds, so I was disappointed in its lack of ability to stand up to what I think was just moderate. The other criticism is that there are a few moving parts to this umbrella... There's the sand anchor, a rod that screws the sand anchor into the sand, the pole that inserts into the anchor, and the umbrella. Not a big deal, but not like the usual 2 part umbrella that screws into the sand and the umbrella inserts into the pole. So 4 stars is because it's a decent low to low moderate wind beach umbrella and has a few extra parts to keep track of.

Attractive, well-made, and a great price! Used it on our recent beach vacation and it really improved our total experience by providing good shade on sunny days. Tolerated the wind well, though we didn't put it up on the REALLY windy days.

Exactly as advertised. Super-easy to set up. Anchors well in the sand. Shelf with drink holders is a game changer. Highly recommend!

Love this! Came with an anchor which makes it easy to hold the pole in the ground deep enough. Love the tilt adjustment! Perfect for our Florida beach day!!!!! The added table with cup holders is so fun too

We purchased this for our beach vacation and it did not disappoint! I also love the vibrant colors because it made it easy to find our spot on the beach after we had been out in the water for a while. The size is perfect. It held up very well to the winds. It is also adjustable to move as the sun moves.
