Great for breakfast

Pumpkin seeds. Nice. They do crumble a lot so not super easy for indoor on the go. But buying more as a good alternative to soy or whey products. Vegan and delicious.

[NOTE: Hopefully the individual bites are visible through the cellphone in my photo]The first thing I like about this product is that it looks and tastes like a protein snack -- NOT a treat masquerading as something healthy. The bars come conveniently individually, cellophane wrapped -- 6 coconut cashews and 6 peanut dark chocolate. 15 pre-cut bites per bar (4 1/2" x 2" in size). This is a nice touch that keeps the crumbs and crumbling down. A bit high on the caloric side for me -- 300 and 370 calories for an entire bar, but not if you only indulge in a bite or so at a time, and not the whole thing at once. Sodium content is low at 35g and the protein is decent at 7g -- but only if you eat the entire bar at once. Unfortunately, they pack a sugar wallop at 12 g and 11 g, respectively. Although they don't taste sugary, that's more sugar than I normally prefer in a protein snack. Not bad compared to other things though.The worst thing I can say is that the bites are very hard (not hard enough to break a tooth) and on the crumbly side. Not two of my favorite things. HOWEVER, the flavor is good: just a touch of coconut taste to the cashew granola; and a hint of dark chocolate to enhance the peanut bar. What you get is granola and flavor with a good bit of protein for such a small snack, but maybe more sugar and calorie than you want. Very tasty but not a daily snack for me and one that I have to weigh the benefit against sugar and calories.

These are great, I carry them in my purse for times I can’t stop and eat but I need something of substance to holdme over that is not filled with sugar.

I ordered the SuperVariety pack and expected more than the two flavors the Peanut Butter Chocolate and the Coconut Cashew. I feel that a "Variety" pack should have some of the other flavors., like the Almond Blueberry etc.

very nutritious and filling - could almost eat that alone and keep going all day.

It’s clean and not a lot of added sugar which is great.

About two weeks ago, I was offered a free Tosi Organic SuperBites Vegan Snack Super Combo with 6 Peanut Dark Chocolate bars and 6 Cashew Coconut bars, for review via the Amazon Vine Program, and I accepted.These are a great, tasty snack! The portions are quite generous and filling. Each 2.4 oz pack contains five easy-to-eat bite-size pieces.The Peanut Dark Chocolate is very crunchy and peanutty. Very much like peanut brittle, but without all the sugar. While there is some underlying chocolate, it plays a very minor role here, so don't expect to satisfy any craving for chocolate. I give it 4 stars.The Cashew Coconut is also very crunchy, but you get the delightful combination of rich cashew and sweet coconut. This is definitely the star of this variety pack. I give it 5 stars.Overall, these make a great, relatively healthy, gluten free snack. There are flax seeds (high in Omega 3), chia seeds (great for digestion) and sugar is the 6th ingredient for both varieties (evaporated cane sugar)! Sodium is low. The biggest issue is the price at well over three dollars per bar as of the time of this review. For the price of one bar, you could easily get some bananas, apples, nuts, dates, etc., so they are difficult for me to recommend at this price level.
